Abstract. The informational reference is devoted to the analysis of the draft Law of Ukraine «On amendments to certain legislative acts of Ukraine on the functioning of Public Electronic Registers» (Reg. Abstract. This paper provides a comparative analysis and summary of the legislation of the EU Member States on the specifics of the establishment and operation of advisory and coordination bodies/institutions in the field of packaging waste management. In addition, there is a review of the definition of requirements for legal entities that ensure the coordination of the functioning of extended producer responsibility organisations, or requirements for the composition of advisory and other bodies. The article also examines the specific issues of managing extended producer responsibility organizations.

The materials of the information reference are based on the legislation of Austria, Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, France, and Germany.

Abstract. The informational reference deals with the analysis of termination of international treaties, in particular in field of social security provided for by international and national legislation. The content of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on labour activity and social security of citizens of Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus, who work outside their countries, regarding guarantees of rights in the field of labour is characterized. The specifics of blanket provision of the Agreement on pension provision of citizens are indicated. Emphasis is placed on consequences of the international agreement termination.
