Abstract. The informational reference considers the issue of improving the mechanism for the creation, registration, activity and termination of public formations for the protection of public order and the state border, in the context of the draft law (No. 13714, dated 29.08.2025). Based on the results of the analysis, the risks of the draft law were identified.

Abstract. The informational reference analyses the process of implementation of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court in Ukraine, outlines key legal challenges and problematic aspects of harmonizing national legislation with international standards of criminal justice. It examines regulatory aspects and problematic issues of harmonizing provisions of national legislation with the requirements of the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, which are important for effective prosecution of international crimes.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the legal grounds and procedure for assigning state ranks to prosecutors, establishing insignia of prosecutors and symbols of prosecutorial bodies. These issues are analyzed in the context of the proposals provided for in the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13603-1, dated 22.08.2025).
The draft law is considered to comply with the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine, the basic principles of law-making activity, the provisions of current legislation that determine the procedure for organizing and operating the prosecutor’s office, as well as the status of prosecutors.
The results of the research revealed risks that will hinder the proper implementation of the draft law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein of legislatively ensuring increased efficiency in the functioning of prosecutorial bodies, primarily by stimulating prosecutors to improve their work and career growth.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the legal grounds for appointing a person who did not hold the position of prosecutor as a prosecutor of the district prosecutor’s office on the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine Regarding the Peculiarities of Pre-Trial Investigation of Criminal Offenses Related to the Disappearance of Missing Persons in Special Circumstances During Martial Law", dated 22.07.2025 No. 4555-IХ. The above issues are analyzed in the context of the proposals set out in the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13601-1, dated 22.08.2025).
The draft law is considered to comply with the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine, the basic principles of law-making activity, the provisions of current legislation that determine the organization and procedure for the activities of the prosecutor's office, as well as the status of prosecutors.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the legal grounds for improving the procedure for competitive selection for the positions of the Director and employees of the State Bureau of Investigation, other principles of the organization and activities of this state body. These issues are examined in the context of the proposals provided for in the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13602-2, dated 14.08.2025).
The draft law is considered to comply with the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine, the foundations of law-making activity, the requirements of program documents of public policy and acts of the European Union regarding the reform of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine, the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine, which determine the legal status of law enforcement agencies.
The results of the research revealed risks that may further impede the proper implementation of the draft law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein regarding the legislative provision of the effectiveness of the functioning of the SBI and strengthening its institutional independence.

The informational reference examines the legal grounds for the possible liquidation of the State Bureau of Investigation and the transfer of part of its functions and powers to the Security Service of Ukraine. These issues are examined in the context of the proposals provided for in the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13602-1, dated 13.08.2025).
The draft law is considered to comply with the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine, the foundations of law-making activity, the requirements of program documents of public policy and acts of the European Union regarding the reform of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine, the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine, which determine the legal status of the said agencies.
The results of the research revealed risks that may further hinder the implementation of the draft law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein regarding the legislative provision of optimal organization of the activities of law enforcement agencies of Ukraine, rational use of public funds under the legal regime of martial law.
