Abstract.  The information reference examines the legal grounds for establishing administrative and criminal liability, in particular for chairpersons, deputy chairpersons, members, and secretaries of military medical commissions, as well as military officials, for violations of the law committed during the maintenance of military registration records of conscripts, the conscription of citizens for military service, and the conduct of medical examinations (military medical assessments) to determine citizens’ fitness for military service. The study was conducted in the context of the proposals provided for in the Draft Law of Ukraine No. 15144 dated 30 March 2026.

The paper analyzes the compliance of the Draft Law with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of legislative drafting, the current administrative, criminal, and criminal procedural legislation, as well as the laws of Ukraine in the fields of mobilization, fulfillment of military duty and military service, and liability for violations thereof.

The study identified risks that may subsequently hinder the proper implementation of the law in law enforcement practice and the achievement of its declared objective of preventing abuses by authorized officials and ensuring guarantees for the protection of citizens’ rights during mobilization measures.

Abstract. The information reference summarizes issues of the normative legal and institutional support for the digitalization of judicial proceedings in Ukraine in the context of European integration. The peculiarities of legal regulation governing the use of information and communication technologies in judicial proceedings are analyzed. The main international and European approaches to the digital transformation of justice are outlined, particularly with regard to ensuring access to justice, the efficiency of judicial proceedings, and the protection of human rights. Key directions for the further improvement of national legislation and the practice of digitalization of judicial proceedings are identified, taking into account international standards and the need to ensure the continuity of justice.

Abstract. This informational note examines the legal grounds for the expediency of specialization among judges authorized to conduct criminal proceedings regarding criminal offenses against the established order of military service (military criminal offenses), criminal offenses against peace, the security of humanity, and the international legal order. These issues are analysed in the context of the proposals set forth in the draft Law of Ukraine (reg. No. 15084 dated March 17, 2026). The draft law’s compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of lawmaking, the requirements of criminal and criminal procedure legislation, and legislative norms regarding the procedure for performing or undergoing military service is examined. The study identified risks that will hinder the proper implementation of the law during law application activities and the achievement of its stated goal, aimed at legislative improvement and enhancing the effectiveness of justice regarding criminal offenses of the specified category.

The informational reference examines the procedure for summoning a person and serving procedural documents in criminal proceedings in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 15095 dated 20 March 2026).
