Abstract. The informational reference examines the grounds for the introduction of administrative liability for unauthorized entry into military facilities in the context of the draft law (No. 14019, dated of 05.09.2025).
The draft law’s compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the provisions of the current legislation on administrative and criminal liability, and the laws of Ukraine regulating public relations in the field of protection of critical infrastructure facilities was analyzed.

Abstract. The informational reference summarizes the measures envisaged by the Roadmap on the Rule of Law, which are aimed at improving criminal proceedings. Abstract. The informational reference examines the legal principles for improving the functioning of the system for preventing corruption in the activities of the National Police, ensuring public control when making decisions on disciplinary liability of police officers for committing disciplinary offenses related to violations of human rights and freedoms in police activities in the context of the draft law (No. 13713, dated 29.08.2025). Based on the results of the analysis, the risks of the draft law were identified.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the legal justification for improving administrative-delict, criminal and criminal procedural legislation regarding the grounds and procedure for liability for offenses related to illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine, violation by conscripts, military conscripts and reservists of the period of stay established by law outside Ukraine in conditions of martial law or a state of emergency. These issues are examined in the context of the proposals provided for in the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13673, dated 21.08.2025).
The draft law is considered to be in compliance with the Constitution of Ukraine, and law-making activities, the fundamental principles of administrative, criminal and criminal procedural legislation, the provisions of the laws of Ukraine that regulate public relations in the field of state border protection and the performance of military duty by citizens of Ukraine.
The results of the research revealed risks that will hinder the implementation of the draft law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein regarding the legislative provision of proper law and order in the border zone, the inevitability of prosecution for illegal crossing of the state border of Ukraine in conditions of martial law or a state of emergency.

The draft law’s compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the provisions of the current legislation on criminal liability, and the laws of Ukraine regulating public relations in the field of social protection of military personnel was analysed.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the legal grounds and procedure for assigning state ranks to prosecutors, establishing insignia of prosecutors and symbols of prosecutorial bodies. These issues are analyzed in the context of the proposals provided for in the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13603-1, dated 22.08.2025).
The draft law is considered to comply with the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine, the basic principles of law-making activity, the provisions of current legislation that determine the procedure for organizing and operating the prosecutor’s office, as well as the status of prosecutors.
The results of the research revealed risks that will hinder the proper implementation of the draft law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein of legislatively ensuring increased efficiency in the functioning of prosecutorial bodies, primarily by stimulating prosecutors to improve their work and career growth.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the legal grounds for appointing a person who did not hold the position of prosecutor as a prosecutor of the district prosecutor’s office on the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine Regarding the Peculiarities of Pre-Trial Investigation of Criminal Offenses Related to the Disappearance of Missing Persons in Special Circumstances During Martial Law", dated 22.07.2025 No. 4555-IХ. The above issues are analyzed in the context of the proposals set out in the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13601-1, dated 22.08.2025).
The draft law is considered to comply with the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine, the basic principles of law-making activity, the provisions of current legislation that determine the organization and procedure for the activities of the prosecutor's office, as well as the status of prosecutors.
