Abstract. The informational reference considers the issue of improving the grounds for administrative liability of parents and persons replacing them for offenses committed by minors and (or) underage children in the context of the Draft Law (No. 13438 dated 30.06.2025).
The Draft Law is analyzed for compliance with the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activities, the provisions of the current legislation on administrative liability, on the protection of childhood and family legislation.

Abstract. The informational reference analyzes the legal grounds for establishing administrative liability of drivers and other persons for actions related to the failure to provide certain services during the transportation of passengers by road. The corresponding analysis was conducted in the context of the proposals provided for in the Draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13396, dated 23.06.2025).
The Draft Law is considered to comply with the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine, the rules of legislative drafting technique, the norms of current legislation on administrative liability, and the laws of Ukraine in the field of legal regulation of the organization and activity of road transport for the transportation of passengers.
The analysis revealed risks that may further impede the implementation of the provisions of the draft law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein, aimed at establishing requirements for the provision of proper passenger transportation services by road transport and bringing to justice for their failure.

Abstract. The informational reference analyzes the legal grounds for establishing administrative liability for actions related to manifestations of antisemitism in Ukraine, as well as granting the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights the functions of a special coordinator for the prevention and counteraction to antisemitism. The analysis was conducted in the context of the proposals set out in the Draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13366-1, dated 16.06.2025).
The Draft Law is examined for its compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the rules of legislative drafting technique, the fundamental principles of administrative tort law, the provisions of the European Union law in the specified area, the laws of Ukraine that regulate the activities of the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights and ensure the protection of the rights of national minorities.
The analysis revealed risks that may further impede the proper implementation of the provisions of the Draft Law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein, aimed at bringing to justice for antisemitism, strengthening the fight against this negative social phenomenon, and bringing the legislation of Ukraine on the specified issues into line with the norms of the law of the European Union.

Abstract. The informational reference analyzes the legal grounds for improving the organizational principles of preventing and countering antisemitism in Ukraine. The specified analysis was conducted in the context of the proposals set out in the Draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13366, dated 12.06.2025).
The Draft Law is examined for its compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the rules of legislative drafting technique, the provisions of European Union legal acts and relevant public policy programs in this area, as well as the laws of Ukraine concerning the protection of the rights of national minorities.
The analysis revealed risks that may further impede the proper implementation of the provisions of the Draft Law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein, aimed at legislative support for the activities of the special coordinator for the prevention and counteraction to antisemitism, bringing the legislation of Ukraine on these issues into line with the norms of European Union law.

The informational reference examines the issue of strengthening the liability of officials, employees and servicemen of the territorial recruitment and social support center for abuse of power or official authority and the introduction of liability for violation of the procedure for conducting a medical examination (military medical examination) to determine fitness for military service, in the context of the Draft Law (No. 13393, dated 20.06.2025).
The Draft Law was analysed for compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activities, the provisions of current legislation on criminal liability, and the risks of the Draft Law were identified.

Abstract. The information note analyzes the legal grounds for improving administrative liability for violations of legislation on water resources protection and water use. The analysis was conducted in the context of proposals contained in the draft Law of Ukraine (reg. No. 13364 of 12.06.2025).
The draft law is being reviewed for compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the basic principles of lawmaking, the norms of current legislation on administrative responsibility, and the laws of Ukraine in the field of environmental safety and nature conservation.
The analysis revealed risks that may subsequently hinder the proper implementation of the provisions of the draft law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of its stated goal of providing legislative support for the rational use and conservation of water resources and preventing violations of environmental legislation by citizens and officials of business entities.
