Abstract. The informational reference considers the issue of extending the time limits for the enforcement of decisions imposing administrative penalties in the form of fines for offences in the field of road transport safety, recorded automatically in the context of the Draft Law of Ukraine, register No. 13614.
The compliance of the Draft Law with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making, the provisions of the current legislation on administrative liability, and the laws of Ukraine regulating social relations in the field of road traffic are analyzed.

Abstract. The informational reference analyzes issues of entering a person’s home or other property in the context of the proposals of the Draft Law of Ukraine under register No. 13430. Abstract. The informational reference examines the legal grounds for bringing administrative liability for violations of the requirements established by law regarding the practice of folk medicine (healing), the procedure for carrying out activities aimed at artificially changing the state of the atmosphere and atmospheric phenomena for economic purposes, as well as changes in the grounds for bringing to justice for certain violations of the legislation on the protection of cultural heritage.
