Abstract. The informational reference considers the issue of extending the time limits for the enforcement of decisions imposing administrative penalties in the form of fines for offences in the field of road transport safety, recorded automatically in the context of the Draft Law of Ukraine, register No. 13614.

The compliance of the Draft Law with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making, the provisions of the current legislation on administrative liability, and the laws of Ukraine regulating social relations in the field of road traffic are analyzed.

Abstract. The informational reference analyzes issues of entering a person’s home or other property in the context of the proposals of the Draft Law of Ukraine under register No. 13430. Abstract. Abstract. The informational reference analyzes proposals to improve the procedure for pronouncing court decisions, in particular rulings on the application of preventive measures in the form of detention or house arrest, in the context of the provisions of the Draft Law (Reg. No. 13475 dated 14 July 2025). The study identified risks that would hinder the effective implementation of the Draft Law in law enforcement and the achievement of its stated goal of ensuring legality and improving the mechanism for bringing persons to justice.
