Abstract. The analytical note examines the experience of legal regulation of the establishment of additional payments to the basic salary to employees (officers) of local self-government bodies that implement and administer international technical assistance projects (programs) at the expense of funds provided for the financing of such a project (program), on the example of Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovakia and the Baltic States.

Abstract. Abstract. The article analyses the need to amend the Tax Code of Ukraine to determine the total monthly (annual) taxable income of a taxpayer without including the amount of charitable assistance provided by benefactors in favour of combatants who went missing or in favour of family members of such combatants.

Abstract. The article presents the analysis results of the legislation of Estonia, Germany, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Hungary, and Czechia on access of media representatives to parliaments. Attention is focused on the peculiarities of normative regulation of the procedure for accreditation of journalists, their admission to the parliament building, presence at meetings and other events of the parliament, as well as restrictions on such access.
