The information note is devoted to the issues of improving the procedure for acceptance of inheritance, which includes immovable property registered in Ukraine, the testator of which is abroad, in the context of the draft Law «On Amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine on Regulation of the Issue of Acceptance of Inheritance of the Testator of which is Abroad» (Reg. No. 10134 dated 09.10.2023).

Abstract. The information note is devoted to the issues of improving the procedure for registration by a notary or an official of the relevant local self-government body authorised to perform notarial acts of rights to inherited property subject to registration, on the basis of the heir's application for acceptance of the inheritance without obtaining a certificate of inheritance and without personal application for registration of rights, in the context of the draft Law «On Amendments to the Civil Code of Ukraine on Settlement of Certain Issues of the Procedure for Registration of Inheritance Rights» (Reg. No. 10138 dated 10.10.2023).

Abstract. In the informational reference, certain aspects of patronage activities of state institutions and other institutions regarding veterans in foreign countries are indicated. Emphasis is placed on the successful experience of implementing social programs for veterans by the US Department of Veterans Affairs, which is responsible for ensuring the reintegration of military personnel into civilian life. The experience of veteran (non-state) organizations in patronage activities for veterans and their family members is highlighted.

Abstract. The information reference provided an overview of the statistical indicators of wages, production volumes, industrial production indices, volume of products sold, foreign trade of Ukraine in the light industry, as well as tools for promoting Ukrainian exporters in foreign markets. The conclusions of the reference may be useful in the context of taking the necessary measures to prevent a decline in industry production, to determine the directions and prospects for the development of the industry and its investment attractiveness.

The experience of parliamentary committees and joint parliamentary committees of the EU and the candidate state in the negotiation process on the accession of the state to the European Union were analyzed.
