Abstract. The procedure and features of the pre-trial dispute settlement in the developed democracies of the European and American continents, in particular in the context of the effectiveness and mandatory nature of mediation as an accessible form of conflict settlement were examined in the analytical note. The issue of possible implementation of mandatory mediation in Ukraine was considered.

Abstract. The informational reference deals with the issues of assessing and overcoming educational losses and educational gaps caused by social upheavals and extraordinary events that lead to unplanned interruption of the educational process. Abstract. In the analytical note features of legislation are discussed EU countries in the context of the legal regulation of transport parking means and payment for parking, temporary detention of transports means by blocking them and forced evacuation are researched. The differences and common features of the envisaged grounds and procedures for such detention, subjects applying this procedure, rights and obligations owners of relevant vehicles, etc. are considered.
