Abstract. The informational reference is devoted to the issues of improving the procedural mechanisms of judicial control over the execution of court decisions in administrative cases in the context of the Draft Law of Ukraine «On amendments to the Code of Administrative Proceedings of Ukraine regarding ensuring equality of procedural rights of all participants in the judicial process before the law and the court» (Reg. No. 9197 dated 10.04.2023).

Abstract. In the analytical note features of legislation are discussed EU countries in the context of the legal regulation of transport parking means and payment for parking, temporary detention of transports means by blocking them and forced evacuation are researched. The differences and common features of the envisaged grounds and procedures for such detention, subjects applying this procedure, rights and obligations owners of relevant vehicles, etc. are considered.

Abstract. Based on the analysis of the legislative regulation of state support for export activities in Ukraine, a number of problematic issues that need to be resolved have been analyzed in the Consept. The study of international standards and international experience in this field provided an opportunity to propose the ways to solve the identified problems and to identify directions for further improvement of the legal regulation of stimulating Ukrainian exports.
