Abstract. The experience of lawmaking activity on legal relations that are proposed to settle by the draft law “On legal regime of property of public associations (organizations)” (regist. № 6420, of 10.12.2021) was summarized in the review dossier.
In the context of the assessment of conformity of the draft law with the European integration and international obligations of Ukraine, the provisions of Article 1 of the Protocol to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms of 1950 were clarified through the ECHR judgement.
The approaches to the legal regulation of property of trade unions and properties of the of nationwide public associations (organizations) of the former USSR in the countries of the former USSR and the European Union member states were considered.

Abstract. The analytical note deals with the legislative regulation of social relations in the field of crowdfunding, its classification according to the major financial, economic and legal models. The essence of the concepts of “crowdfunding”, “crowdfunding service provider”, “investor”, “project author” and their correlation have been studied. Experience of legal regulation of crowdfunding in the EU, as well as in EU member states (in particular, France, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Italy) has been analyzed. In addition, experience of Great Britain as a world leader in the market of alternative financing was considered.

Abstract. The overview dossier deals with the issues of legislative regulation of the participation forms of civil society organizations in supporting combatants. The essence of the concepts of “community support”, “instruments of community support” and their connection to the system of state support for war veterans have been studied. Attention was paid to areas of improvement of legislation regarding forms of participation of civil society organizations in supporting war veterans in the post-war period. The legislation of foreign states regarding societal support of veterans (demobilized combatants) has been analyzed.
