Abstract. The Information Reference highlights the procedure for consideration of European integration draft laws in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, including the stages of the legislative process, the role of specialised committees and expert opinions. It contains a list of acts, such as the Association Agreement between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, on the other hand, as well as plans for the legislative work of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, government programmes and international agreements, which help to prioritise the consideration of European integration draft laws. The focus is on certain factors that complicate the process of harmonisation of Ukrainian legislation with EU law.

Abstract. This Information note presents the results of the analysis of legislative proposals to update the legal regulation of the use of humanitarian aid in Ukraine during martial law, the provisions of Council Regulation (EC) 1257/96 of 20 June 1996 on humanitarian aid, and some documents of international organisations engaged in humanitarian aid.

Abstract. The Information note sets out the results of the analysis of the Draft Law ‘On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Temporary Measures to Ensure the Functioning of the Pension System during the Period of Martial Law in Ukraine’ (Reg. Abstract. The Information Note presents the results of the analysis of the proposals set out in the draft law ‘On Amendments to Article 86 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Prosecutor's Office” regarding the peculiarities of pension provision for prosecutors under martial law’ (Reg. No. 12149-1 of 12.11.2024), concerning the procedure for granting disability pensions to prosecutors, as well as improvement of the legislative regulation of pension provision for prosecutors under martial law.

Abstract. The Informational reference addresses the issue of increasing liability for the forgery, sale or use of forged documents relating to the presence of a disability, in the context of the draft law (No. 12171 of 31.10. 2024).
The draft law is analyzed for compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the provisions of the current legislation on criminal liability, and the laws of Ukraine regulating public relations in the field of disability recognition.

Abstract. The Informational reference analyzes problematic issues regarding determining the moment of detection of an administrative offense, as well as the place of commission of the offense of untimely submission of a declaration by a person authorized to perform state or local government functions without good reason, in the context of the draft law No. 12203 of 13.11.2024).
In particular, the draft law is considered to comply with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the norms of current legislation on bringing to administrative responsibility and proceedings in cases of administrative offenses, the laws of Ukraine in the field of corruption prevention, and relevant judicial practice.
The results of the research revealed risks that may further impede the proper implementation of the law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein, aimed at improving the provisions of the law regarding the moment of detection of an administrative offense and the grounds for bringing to administrative responsibility for the untimely submission of a declaration by a person authorized to perform state or local government functions without good reason.
