Abstract. The informational reference analyzes the provisions of the draft Law of Ukraine «On amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts of Ukraine on bringing the liability of legal entities for the commission of corruption criminal offenses into compliance with international standards» (Reg. No. 11443, dated 25.07.2024).
The compliance of the draft law with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the norms of the current criminal and criminal procedural legislation, other laws of Ukraine regarding the introduction of an effective mechanism of liability of legal entities for corruption criminal offenses is considered.
Certain risks have been singled out, which in the future may hinder the proper implementation of the draft law during law enforcement activities.

Abstract. The informational reference analyzes the provisions of the draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Article 45 of the Law of Ukraine «On the National Police" regarding the features of the use of special means» (Reg. No. 11420, dated 19.07.2024), considered the issue of improving the legal bases and features of the use of special means, namely electric shock devices, against persons who are suspected of committing an offense and who resist a police officer or try to escape, including from custody. Based on the results of the analysis, the risks of the draft law were determined.

Abstract. The Review dossier analyzes the legislative regulation of the organization and provision of support services to servicemen discharged/demobilized from military service for their reintegration into civilian life. Certain aspects of the functioning of institutions that carry out relevant patronage activities in Ukraine are investigated. Examples of the organization and implementation of programs for adaptation to civilian life of demobilized servicemen in Croatia and Israel are given. The author emphasizes the effectiveness of interaction between the State and veteran non-governmental organizations in providing support to servicemen after service completion.

Abstract. The informational reference analyzes the provisions of the draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the deprivation of state awards for popularizing or propagandizing the aggressor state or committing other illegal actions against Ukraine» (Reg. No. 11410, dated 16.07.2024).
In particular, the compliance of draft laws with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the norms of current criminal and criminal procedural legislation, other laws of Ukraine regarding responsibility for actions that popularize or promote the aggressor state and its authorities, their representatives, other actions to create a positive image of the aggressor state, justification and recognition of the legitimate occupation of the territory of Ukraine.
Based on the results of the research, risks are identified that may in the future hinder the proper implementation of the draft law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the stated goal aimed at improving the legislation in the above-mentioned area.

Abstract. The Information note presents the results of the analysis of the legislation on certain types of social benefits provided to families with children with disabilities. The theoretical aspects of social benefits provided for by the Law of Ukraine «On state social assistance to persons with disabilities from childhood and children with disabilities», their types and distinctive features are highlighted. The author emphasizes the legal nature of social assistance as a type of social security. The author identifies the areas for improvement of legislation on social protection of children with disabilities.

Abstract. The Information note presents the results of the analysis of legislative provisions on certain guarantees of the right to labor. Theoretical and practical aspects of labor relations termination are covered. Attention is focused on the peculiarities of contract termination. Abstract. The analytical note considers the issues of exemption from the application of an administrative penalty for violation of legislative requirements and requirements of other regulatory legal acts regarding exceeding the permitted noise level in the case of using installations that produce electricity (electric generators). Based on the results of the analysis, the risks of the presented Draft Law are studied.

Abstract. The analytical note examines the concept and legal status of cadets as subjects of the educational process in military educational institutions operating in some states (the legislation of three states: USA, Canada, Australia is analyzed). The regulatory requirements and principles of the educational process with the participation of cadets, the terms of their financial support, procedural issues of acquiring basic military education, the formation of relevant professional knowledge, skills and abilities are defined. The organizational and legal foundations of the state policy of training military professional personnel were considered, the components of the military education system, and the peculiarities of the functioning of academic military educational institutions were determined. Common features and national differences during the training of cadets, the conditions of their material and economic support as military personnel and at the same time subjects of the educational process are determined.

Abstract. The policy paper provides an overview of the key aspects of the European Green Deal in the context of Ukraine's reconstruction and adaptation of national legislation to the EU acquis in general and in the field of construction and demolition waste management in particular. A comparative analysis of the legal regulation of construction and demolition waste management in the EU Member States on the example of the Netherlands and Germany is also made.
