On October 16, 2024, within the framework of cooperation between the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the Research Unit of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania, a webinar on the topic "Generative artificial intelligence for parliamentary researchers and analysts: a gradual study of its value and feasibility" was held.
The lecturer was Linas Šimasius, Advisor to the Research Unit of the Chancellery of the Seimas of the Republic of Lithuania. The participants of the webinar got acquainted in detail with the possibilities of using generative artificial intelligence for research and analytical work in the parliament, in particular with its potential to automate routine tasks and increase efficiency thanks to modern AI technologies.
Simultaneous interpretation during the webinar was provided by the EU Project "Association4U".
