Webinar "Free movement capital ": discussion of European integration’s key aspects and adaptation of national legislation to EU standards

On November 7, 2024, within the framework of cooperation between the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and Vilnius University Faculty of Law, a webinar on the topic "Free movement of capital " was held.

The lecturer was Deividas Kriaučiūnas, Associate Professor at Vilnius University Faculty of Law.

During the educational event, key aspects of the freedom of capital movement in the context of EU law were discussed, particularly its role in the formation of the Single European Market. Specific attention was paid to Lithuania's practice of introducing EU standards in this area, as well as the challenges faced by the candidate states on the way to integration into the Single European Market.
