The keynote speaker, Mr. Xavier Moal, Head of the Secretariat of the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the French Senate, shared practical insights and institutional approaches to modernising public administration.
The webinar highlighted the French Senate’s experience in improving public governance and explored the role of parliaments in several key areas:
· defining the functions of administrative bodies;
· enhancing the quality of policy development;
· improving the organisation and delivery of public services;
· advancing the digital transformation of public administration.
The event contributed to strengthening institutional cooperation and promoting the integration of best European practices into the work of the Ukrainian Parliament.
