Abstract. The Information note presents the results of the analysis of legislative provisions on certain guarantees of the right to labor. Theoretical and practical aspects of labor relations termination are covered. Attention is focused on the peculiarities of contract termination. The author identifies areas for improving the legislation on guarantees of the right to work under fixed-term employment relationships.

Abstract. The Information note presents the results of the analysis of the procedure for applying for a survivor's pension from among military personnel and persons whose pension provision is provided for by the Law of Ukraine «On pension provision for persons discharged from military service and certain other persons». The author defines the grounds and conditions for the right to a survivor's pension, which affect the specifics of the application procedure. The author emphasizes the need to improve the legislative regulation of the procedure for military family members to apply for a survivor's pension.

Abstract. The informational reference is devoted to certain problems of legislative regulation of social protection of citizens affected by the Chornobyl disaster. A general overview of the provisions of Ukrainian legislation on the elimination of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident is provided. The problems associated with updating the legislation are highlighted. The judicial practice on the protection of rights in the field of social protection of victims of the Chernobyl disaster was analyzed.

Abstract. The informational reference contains the analysis results of the Draft Law of Ukraine «On the system of state support for charitable activities in Ukraine» (Reg.
