Abstract. The information note presents the results of an analysis of the draft Law of Ukraine, which proposes amendments to Article 24 of the Labor Code of Ukraine regarding the right to conclude employment contracts in electronic form using a qualified or advanced electronic signature without the need for physical presence and submission of paper documents certifying identity. Legal approaches to regulating this issue in the legislation of individual European Union countries are presented.

Abstract. The information note presents the results of an analysis of the proposals contained in the draft law «On Amendments to Article 234 of the Labour Code of Ukraine Regarding the Restoration by the Court of Time Limits Missed for Valid Reasons» (reg. No. 14146 of 23 October 2025).
