Abstract. This information note presents the results of an analysis of the draft Law of Ukraine ‘On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts to Strengthen the Protection of Human and Civil Rights and Freedoms during the Enforcement of Judgments’ in the context of the problem of timely enforcement of judgments of the European Court of Human Rights.
