Abstract. The note contains the results of a study of the differences between the nature conservation objects «reserve» and «areas of special conservation value of the Emerald Network, which is being established pursuant to Article 4 of the Bern Convention». To this end, the legislation of foreign countries that have acceded to the Berne Convention and have sites included in the Emerald Network and/or Natura 2000 network on their territory was studied.

Abstract. The informational reference specifies certain aspects of the concept of the invention of traditions and its role in modern society. Particular attention is paid to the problems of legislative regulation of the introduction of holidays in Ukraine. Attention is focused on the necessity of determining the organizational and legal basis for the formation of holidays calendar in Ukraine. An analysis of the provisions of the Draft Resolution «On the establishment of a holiday in Ukraine - Thanksgiving to God Day» (Reg. No. 10371 dated 25.12.2023) was carried out.

Abstract. This paper provides a comparative analysis and summary of the legislation of the EU Member States on the specifics of the establishment and operation of advisory and coordination bodies/institutions in the field of packaging waste management. In addition, there is a review of the definition of requirements for legal entities that ensure the coordination of the functioning of extended producer responsibility organisations, or requirements for the composition of advisory and other bodies. The article also examines the specific issues of managing extended producer responsibility organizations.
The materials of the information reference are based on the legislation of Austria, Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, France, and Germany.
