Abstract. In order to clarify certain aspects of declaring incomes and assets of officials of foreign countries, the information guide analyzed the experience of 16 countries: Poland, Lithuania, Germany, France, Georgia, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Finland, Canada, Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Latvia, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden. It was concluded that, in general, the international community recognized incomes declaration as one of the effective means of preventing corruption, as it is a valuable source of information about the financial activities of officials and aims to prevent them from using their official position for private interests.

Abstract. The information reference, based on the Report on the results of the activities of regional development agencies in 2022, presents information on the functioning of regional development agencies in Ukraine, created in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «On the Principles of State Regional Policy» dated February 5, 2015 No. 156-VIII, with the specification of measures within their cooperation with local self-government bodies.

Abstract. It was conducted the analysis of the compliance of the draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to Article 51 of the Rules of Procedure of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the Political responsibility of Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine from political parties whose activities have been terminated (suspended)» (Reg. No. 7424 dated 01.06.2022) aimed at establishing the procedure and type of political responsibility of deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, who are (were) members of the parliamentary faction formed by a political party whose activities were terminated (suspended) by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine for the purpose of ensuring national security and public order, with the provisions of the Constitution of Ukraine.
