Abstract. The legislation of Ukraine regarding the assessment of damage caused to the environment of Ukraine as a result of damage or destruction was analyzed, including damage caused of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, objects of the Emerald Network, species of plants and animals listed in the Red Book of Ukraine, as well as the conformity of national legislation with EU law in this area.

Abstract. In the analytical note the existing forms of local democracy and mechanisms of their legal regulation in Ukraine and foreign countries were examined in a comparative perspective; were examined the issue of adoption of the statutes of territorial communities in the context of the draft law «On amendments to the Law of Ukraine «On local self-government in Ukraine» and other legislative acts of Ukraine on democracy at the level of local self-government» (No. 7283 dated 13.04.2022). The experience of developed democracies is analysed.

Abstract. The informational reference deals with the issues of adaptation of Ukrainian labor legislation to European standards. Certain aspects of scholarly and theoretical research of adaptation of national legislation to European legislation have been indicated. The areas of shared competence of the EU and the member states in respect of which the EU uses ordinary legislative procedure have been studied. The degree of Ukraine’s preparation for harmonizing labor legislation with the EU acquis has been determined.

Abstract. The parliamentary research deals with issues of state policy regarding preservation of the gene pool of the Ukrainian people. Particular attention was paid to introduction of effective legislative regulation of the procedures for donation, processing, conservation, storage and distribution of human reproductive cells (gametes) and human embryos, which form the essential basis for ensuring modern methods of improving the reproductive health of the population. Attention was focused on the fact that the tendency of decline in the demographic situation is observed not only in Ukraine. In European countries, the issue of protecting the reproductive health of the population arises as an acute medical and social problem; therefore, legal relations arising in this area require proper legal regulation.

Abstract. In the course of preparation of the analytical note, attention was focused on the legal regulation of voluntary health insurance as an additional tool for covering medication costs. Relevant legislation of the European Union, as well as national legislation of some European countries and the USA, have been analyzed. The analytical note does not provide a comparative analysis with Ukrainian legislation. The author of the appeal identified the need for foreign experience analysis.
