Abstract. Research of foreign experience of the mass media functioning legislative regulation in the member states of the European Union acquires particular importance in the context of the incorporation of the provisions of the Audiovisual Media Services Directive 2010/13/EU into national legislation. Particular attention was paid to the articles on the regulation of the procedure for publishing information about the beneficial owners of media entities, ensuring consumer protection, defining the foundations of the state policy on media literacy, ensuring the right of reply and right to refute, regulating formation and activities of the Regulator in the field of media, normalizing the use of the state language, languages of national minorities and other languages in the media.

Abstract. In the analytical note on comparative legislation the practice of regulating by European Union law and acts of international law usage of plastic products was summarized, and the prospects for legislative consolidation of the use of PET polymer bottles for bottling certain alcoholic beverages in compliance with Ukraine's European integration obligations were outlined.

Abstract. The legislation amendments on on the use of public funds in terms of their effectiveness in the process of law enforcement were analyzed in the research.
Specifically the domestic legislation of Ukraine, the content of strategic documents in terms of their compliance with EU legislation were examined, and a number of scientific and analytical studies on this subject of regulation was analyzed.

Abstract. Practice of legislative regulation of tax payments by individuals (mainly in the EU countries) in terms of the procedure for calculating taxes, paying them and controlling their completeness and accuracy is summarized in the review dossier. The experience of France and Germany (as the most economically developed countries of the European Union), as well as Poland (as one of Ukraine's closest neighbours, which has undergone the transformation of its tax system) is considered.
