Abstract. A comparative analysis and generalization of the legislation of foreign countries, in particular the EU member states, on the peculiarities of the establishment and functioning of parliamentary budget offices as independent fiscal institutions under parliaments were conducted. The experience of Austria, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Slovakia, the Netherlands, Spain, the United States and Canada were analyzed.

Abstract. The informational reference contains the analysis results of the Draft Law of Ukraine «On the system of state support for charitable activities in Ukraine» (Reg. No. 10154 dated 16.10.2023). Attention is focused on the provisions of the draft law, which are proposed to regulate the activities of the All-Ukrainian State Charity Fund. Proposals for the introduction of new terminology were analyzed.

Abstract. The analytical note is devoted to the study of the legislative regulation peculiarities of functional limitations assessment of persons in foreign countries. Particular attention is paid to the defined concepts of "disability", "person with a disability", "level of participation", "reasonable accommodation", "basic functions". The procedure for determining disability in terms of the right to social security, professional rehabilitation and other measures to promote the participation of a person with a disability in public life is analyzed. The provisions of normative legal acts of Lithuania, Italy, the USA and Israel regarding the procedure for establishing disability and the level of internal functionality have been analyzed. Attention is focused on the grounds and implementation of re-examination (review) of persons with disabilities.

The information note sets out the results of the analysis of the need to amend the legal and organisational framework for the collection and accounting of the single contribution for obligatory state social insurance, the conditions and procedure for its calculation and payment, and the powers of the body responsible for its collection and accounting.

Abstract. The informational reference contains the the analysis results of the Draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Improving the Legal Status of Persons Missing in Special Circumstances and Creating Conditions for the Functioning of the Unified Register of Persons Missing in Special Circumstances» (Reg. No. 10442 dated 29.01.2024). Attention is focused on the provisions of the draft law which propose changes to the procedure for obtaining the status of missing persons under special circumstances. The content of the innovations was analyzed, including those related to updating the procedure for maintaining the Unified Register of Persons Missing in Special Circumstances.

Abstract. The formation of effective legal regulation of the grounds of legal responsibility for violation of the procedure for providing financial services without a license actualizes the issue of introducing a system of means of a state-authority, coercive nature that can be applied to offenders. The parliamentary study analyzed separate amendments to the legal regulation of the activities of financial companies in terms of obtaining licenses, clarified the grounds of administrative responsibility for carrying out unlicensed activities, and outlined the prospects of criminalization of acts in the field of business, taking into account the data of judicial statistics.
