Abstract. The overview dossier is devoted to the analysis of Ukrainian legislation on the rehabilitation of military personnel and war veterans. Attention is emphasized on the change in conceptual approaches to the regulation of rehabilitation. The advantages of a multidisciplinary approach to the provision of rehabilitation services and teamwork in the field of health care as components of the strategy for the development of the system of medical and social rehabilitation are noted. The features of the organization of medical and psychological rehabilitation of military personnel and war veterans are analyzed. The problems of organizing psychological rehabilitation in Ukraine, ways to overcome the main challenges, taking into account the experience of the State of Israel, are highlighted.

Abstract. The informational reference is devoted to the analysis of journalistic standards and professional ethics in the context of armed conflicts. Attention is focused on the professional standards that journalists must adhere to when working in armed conflict zones and the ethical aspects that journalists face when covering war. The main ethical and journalistic standards of journalists' work in armed conflicts were analyzed, which are contained in: Recommendations of the Council of Europe, the Code of Ethics of the Society of Professional Journalists (SPJ), publications of the Ethical Journalism Network (EJN), and the Code of Ethics for Journalists Covering Conflict.

Abstract. The analytical note is devoted to the study of peculiarities of regulating the procedure for providing and receiving humanitarian aid in the EU Member States. Particular attention is paid to the acts of the European Union on humanitarian aid as the basic legislation, the provisions of which are specified in the legal acts of the Member States of the European Union. The main aspects of regulation of the procedure for registration, transfer and distribution of humanitarian aid are outlined. Legislative acts on humanitarian aid of Belgium, Czechia, Slovenia, Poland, Spain and Germany are analyzed.

Abstract. In connection with the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, the problem of legislative support for the creation and effective functioning of a full-fledged system of Military Justice bodies in Ukraine has become especially urgent. The components of such a system, taking into account the experience of the countries of the North Atlantic Alliance (NATO), primarily include the military police, the military prosecutor's office and the military court.

The Parliamentary research analyzed the expediency of introducing Military Justice in Ukraine and its legislative support. Attention is focused on the military police, military prosecutor's office, and military courts. The risks of the draft Law of Ukraine «On the organizational and legal foundations of the construction and functioning of the Military Justice of Ukraine» (No. 10042 dated September 13, 2024) are also reflected.

Abstract. The experience of countries that have introduced additional taxes on sweetened beverages, global trends, recommendations of international organisations and the possible effect of introducing similar taxes on sweetened beverages in Ukraine are analysed. The regulation of this issue, types of taxes applied, tax rates and tax bases in such European countries as the UK, Italy, France, Poland, Portugal, Latvia and Hungary are considered. Based on the results of the analysis, it has been identified the factors that may affect the effectiveness of such a tax in Ukraine.

Abstract. In the legal acts of the European Union on water quality, in particular, the importance of ensuring the quality of drinking water, its level, ways to improve it, etc policy is examined. It is outlined the main provisions of Directive (EU) 2020/2184 of the European Parliament and of the Council of December 16, 2020 on the quality of water intended for human consumption, which regulates the quality of water intended for human consumption in the EU and is the main EU legal act on drinking water. The direction of the EU water policy as reducing the level of pollution of the wastewater system to zero is considered. The main provisions of the Council Directive of May 21, 1991 on the treatment of urban wastewater (91/271/EEC), which is proposed to be revised at the present stage, adapting it to the latest standards is analyzed. As part of the characterization of the EU water policy, the Water Framework Directive, which is additionally regulated by other EU acts, is described. Attention is paid to the European Commission's Green Deal political initiative - the European Green Deal. The experience of EU Member States in implementing the EU water policy, in particular Germany, Sweden, Italy, Poland, Romania, France and Lithuania, is analyzed.

The information note presents the results of the analysis of the legislation of Germany, Austria, Sweden, Finland and Denmark on the procedure and conditions for establishing Extended Producer Responsibility organisations in the field of packaging waste management, the obligation to confirm their financial solvency and prosecution for violation of the legislation of the EU Member States and the Union legislation in the field of packaging waste.
