Abstract. Specifics of the implementation of policies by states to promote and support national goods and services, as well as the creation of relevant platforms and/or institutions, have been researched in the review dossier. The main directions of activity of platforms/institutions responsible for promoting or supporting national producers, including attracting investment and ensuring access to the international markets have been analyzed.

Abstract. The Information Note presents an analysis of bills related to one another – the definition of legal and organizational principles for the involvement of citizens who are brought to criminal responsibility in military service. For this purpose, such an approach is applied to citizens who are sentenced to crimes in the form of restriction of liberty or deprivation of liberty and a proposal was made to regulate the grounds for parole from serving their sentences in a separate norm of the Criminal Code (Article 81-1) of a separate (additional) institute of parole (projects No. 11079, 11079-1, 11079-3) or to citizens who are convicted and released from serving their sentence with a test (project No. 11079-2).

Abstract. Results of comparative analysis of the legislation on the establishment and operation of paying agencies designed to ensure the administration and control of financial support to agricultural producers in the EU member states (Austria, France, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic), based on Regulation (EU) 2021/2116 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 2 December 2021 on the financing, management and monitoring of the common agricultural policy and repealing Regulation (EU) No 1306/2013, as well as other acquis EU on the requirements for the establishment and operation of paying agencies within the framework of the Common Agricultural Policy have been described in the analytical note.

Abstract. The informational reference is devoted to certain problems of legislative regulation of social protection of citizens affected by the Chornobyl disaster. A general overview of the provisions of Ukrainian legislation on the elimination of the consequences of the Chernobyl accident is provided. The problems associated with updating the legislation are highlighted. The judicial practice on the protection of rights in the field of social protection of victims of the Chernobyl disaster was analyzed.

Abstract. The overview dossier is devoted to the analysis of the legislative regulation of employment of foreign citizens and stateless persons in Ukraine. The study results of the national migration legislation provisions in terms of the procedure for issuing a D-04 visa for employment and a temporary residence permit are presented. The importance of having a work permit for foreign nationals and stateless persons in the context of ensuring the rights of labor migrants is clarified. Possible risks of illegal migration are identified and attention is paid to the need to introduce measures of preventing illegal labor migration.

The materials of the analytical report of the Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development of Ukraine on the state of the burial industry in Ukraine in 2022 were summarized.

Abstract. The overview dossier presents the results of the empirical base analysis regarding the number of war veterans, their need for employment, and also identifies certain problems of access to employment after the end of military service. The current state of legal support for the implementation of the right to work for veterans in Ukraine is analyzed. The main types of state aid, including benefits and guarantees, are characterized: grants for opening one's own business (veteran entrepreneurship); preferences for employers who create jobs for veterans; vouchers for professional training, retraining or advanced training; implementation of standards of workplaces for employment of veterans; guarantees of their employment.
