Abstract. In order to clarify certain aspects of declaring incomes and assets of officials of foreign countries, the information guide analyzed the experience of 16 countries: Poland, Lithuania, Germany, France, Georgia, Estonia, the Czech Republic, Finland, Canada, Austria, Bulgaria, Denmark, Latvia, Romania, Slovenia, Sweden. It was concluded that, in general, the international community recognized incomes declaration as one of the effective means of preventing corruption, as it is a valuable source of information about the financial activities of officials and aims to prevent them from using their official position for private interests.

Abstract. This analytical note provides the research of regulatory and legal settlement issues of assigning class ranks/ranks/grades or other distinctive features and additional payments for prosecutors. In the course of preparation of the Analytical Note, in addition to the foreign countries special legislation provisions that were under study, there were also used answers to the requests of the ECPRD by Slovakia № 723 «Prosecutors Office», by France № 1827 «Statut des membres du Ministère public-status of the members of the public prosecutor`s office» and also Final Summary ECPRD Request № 3331 «Calculation of salaries and allowances for judges, prosecutors and certain categories of professional staff in judicial and prosecutorial institutions in selected European countries».

Abstract. The analytical note examines the practice of legal regulation about exceeding the speed limit and the permissible noise level during the operation of vehicles, as well as the use of electric vehicles on the roads in the European countries. In the context of the issues the following aspects are researched: responsibility for exceeding the speed limit and the permissible noise level while driving and operating vehicles; limit of the maximum permissible speed and the "step" of exceeding it; mechanisms for measuring the permissible noise level and liability for exceeding it; "average speed", peculiarities of its establishment, calculation, etc.; legal regulation of driving and operation of electric scooters and other electric vehicles (gyroboards, monowheels, sigways, etc.). These and some other issues are analysed on the basis of the legislation of such countries as Germany, Poland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Lithuania, and Latvia.

Abstract. The analytical note contains the results of a comparative study of the legislation of Ukraine and foreign countries on surrogate motherhood. Conceptual approaches to principles of legislative regulation of relations related to the use of reproductive technologies, in particular, surrogate motherhood, are analyzed. The main problems of legal support for the process of surrogate motherhood in Ukraine and in foreign countries are studied (on the example of legislation of the state of Washington (USA)). Attention is paid to the peculiarities of contractual relations in this area and directions for improvement of legislative regulation.

Abstract. The Guide aims to provide a basic understanding of the structure, objectives and sources of the European Union's law. The first part of the Guide is devoted to the description of: EU institutions; sources of EU law (EU acquis); sections of EU law (EU acquis); theoretical and practical aspects of adaptation of national legislation to EU law (EU acquis) and foreign experience of European integration. The second part is an English-language workshop aimed at introducing the main English-language terms (concepts) used in EU acts. Each chapter contains practical exercises to consolidate the terminology.
