On March 6, 2025, the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine launched a special professional (certificate) advanced training program "International Communication of Ukrainian MPs (French language)".

The purpose of the program is to increase the level of French language proficiency of Ukrainian MPs and improve their communication skills for effective interaction at the international level. The main emphasis is developing oral and written speech, mastering diplomatic etiquette in official communication, as well as mastering the specifics of inter-parliamentary and international negotiations in French.

Training under the program is conducted by the chief consultant of the Research Service Training Center Tetiana Segeda.

Program participants will have the opportunity not only to improve their language skills, but also to gain practical experience in modelling official meetings, negotiations and speeches, which will contribute to strengthening international cooperation and increasing the level of Ukraine's representation in the international arena.
