Andrii Toka, Chief Consultant of the Department for Economic Development and Financial Policy of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and Volodymyr Bezbakh, Chief Consultant of the Department for Humanitarian and Social Policy of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, took part in the seminar of the European Centre for Parliamentary Research and Documentation (ECPRD) on the topic “Enhancing the Role of Parliamentary Research Services and Libraries”, held on 6–7 November 2025.
During four plenary sessions, participants discussed the current needs of users of parliamentary research services and libraries, the structure of workflows and quality standards of analytical materials, as well as communication and marketing strategies aimed at raising awareness about the work of parliamentary research services.
Representatives of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine also took part in discussions on current challenges and prospects for the work of parliamentary research services and libraries in the context of information verification and access to foreign legal databases.
