On April 8–9, 2026, as part of a study visit to the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova, employees of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine held working meetings with the leadership of the research department of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova.
The purpose of the visit was to exchange experience and expand institutional cooperation. During the visit, discussions focused on the preparation of informational and analytical materials and ensuring their quality, as well as the use of databases, digital platforms, and information systems. Attention was also drawn to the need for the systematic development of the professional competencies of parliamentary research service staff, particularly in the context of Ukraine’s and Moldova’s European integration.
The Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine was represented by Iryna Kostytska, Iryna Batina, Yuriy Danylyuk, and Ihor Kuts.
The study visit took place with the support of the Hanns Seidel Foundation in Ukraine.
