Abstract. This analytical note examines the issue of legal regulation of the principles of spatial planning in the Member States of the European Union (Sweden, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Germany, Poland, Spain, Belgium). It analyses activities of the subjects responsible for spatial planning, the necessary documents, objectives, etc.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the procedure for summoning a person and serving procedural documents in criminal proceedings in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 15095 dated 20 March 2026). In particular, this concerns the publication of a summons on the official website of the Prosecutor General’s Office and on the official website of the relevant court, as well as the abandonment of the outdated requirement to publish such procedural documents in “mass media of nationwide distribution” (media).
The draft law is considered to comply with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, and the norms of current criminal procedural and judicial legislation.

This informational reference provides recommendations regarding the hearings held by the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Social Policy and the Protection of Veterans’ Rights on the topic: “40 Years Since the Chernobyl Disaster: Current Realities and Future Challenges”. It highlights Japan’s experience in addressing the consequences of the Great East Japan Earthquake and the accident at the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant.

Abstract. The analytical note presents the results of a study of the legal regulation of the introduction and implementation of gender legal analysis / gender impact assessment of draft legislation in the Member States of the European Union and Canada. Based on the experience studied, potential approaches to the legislative consolidation of similar procedures and institutional models in Ukraine are identified.

Abstract. Analytical note provides a comprehensive study of approaches to resolving conflicts of interest in the activities of Members pf Parliament – members of parliamentary committees, and the possibility of their participation in discussions and decision-making in the event of a conflict of interest in the European Parliament, as well as in the parliaments of Ireland, Germany, France, and Lithuania. It examines the state of implementation of the relevant GRECO recommendations in Ukraine and in the parliamentary practice of individual EU Member States.

Abstract. This informational reference presents the results of the analysis of the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Improvement of the Pension Provision System for Persons Discharged from Military Service and Certain Other Persons” (No. 15078 dated 13 March 2026). It focuses on issues related to the proper regulation of the transition to other types of pension provision and on ensuring a fair approach to the granting of disability pensions to military personnel, regardless of the type of military service performed.

Abstract. The analytical note examines comparative law regarding the conduct of public consultations by Members of European parliaments. The practices of conducting such consultations in Scotland, France and Poland are examined in detail, as well as the recommendations of the Inter-Parliamentary Union on the use of digital tools, ensuring representativeness, equal access and assessing the impact of consultations. The technical and procedural requirements for organising public consultations are outlined.

Abstract. The informational reference summarises the issues of regulatory and strategic support for chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear (CBRN) security in certain member states of the European Union (Finland, Germany, and France). It analyses the features of the legal regulation of CBRN security, as well as approaches to the development of state policy in this area. It also outlines key models of CBRN security organisation, their institutional features, and the possibilities for their application in Ukraine.

Abstract. This analytical note presents the results of an analysis of the regulation of the foundations and principles of memory policy in the legislation of foreign states. It identifies conceptual approaches to the implementation of memory policy, the main commemorative measures and forms of memorialisation related to fighters for national independence and war veterans. Particular attention is given to international practices concerning the creation, preservation and maintenance of Books of Remembrance within national parliaments.
