Abstract. The informational reference analyzes the provisions of the draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts on bringing the liability of legal entities for the commission of corruption criminal offenses into compliance with international standards» (Reg. No. 11443-1, dated 09.08.2024) in the context of its compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, industry legislation, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, in view of the introduction of an effective mechanism of liability of legal entities for corruption criminal offenses. The risks that may further hinder the proper implementation of the draft law during law enforcement activities are outlined.

Abstract. The results of the parliamentary study include an analysis of the legal regulation of certain issues of entrepreneurs' mobilisation in the USA, Poland, Finland and the UK. The legislation of individual NATO member states was studied for the possibility of combining the legal status of a military servant and entrepreneurship. The author also analyses the legislation of Ukraine on the possibility of continuing entrepreneurial activity by the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Abstract. The scientific concept for the development of housing legislation in Ukraine was developed with the aim of defining the basis for conceptualising housing policy in legislative acts in accordance with the strategic goals of reforming the housing sector in Ukraine. The legal bases of the Concept are grounded in the principles of goal-setting of the State housing policy with regard to ensuring the human right to housing, defining the system of legal guarantees and institutionalising the mechanisms for ensuring this right in accordance to the Constitution of Ukraine and international standards, as well as current trends in the development of the European social model with due regard to Ukraine's European integration aspirations.

Abstract. The informational reference analyzes the provisions of the draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses and the Criminal Code of Ukraine, in connection with the adoption of the Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Creation and Strengthening of the Independence of the Military Police of Ukraine and the Specialized Military Prosecutor's Office"» (Reg. No. 11406, dated 15.07.2024).
In particular, the compliance of the draft law with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the norms of the current administrative-delict and criminal legislation, the provisions of programmatic and international legal documents that determine the tasks, functions and peculiarities of the legal regulation of the bodies that make up the system of Military Justice are considered, including the Military Police and the Specialized Military Prosecutor's Office, the norms of the Convention on the Protection of Rights and Fundamental Freedoms (European Convention on Human Rights).
Based on the results of the research, risks are identified that may further hinder the proper implementation of the law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the stated goal of legal support for the start of the operation of the Military Police and the Specialized Military Prosecutor's Office.

Abstract. Certain risks have been singled out, which in the future may hinder the proper implementation of the draft law during law enforcement activities.

Abstract. The informational reference analyzes the provisions of the draft Law of Ukraine "On Amendments to Article 45 of the Law of Ukraine «On the National Police" regarding the features of the use of special means» (Reg. No. 11420, dated 19.07.2024), considered the issue of improving the legal bases and features of the use of special means, namely electric shock devices, against persons who are suspected of committing an offense and who resist a police officer or try to escape, including from custody. Based on the results of the analysis, the risks of the draft law were determined.

Abstract. The Review dossier analyzes the legislative regulation of the organization and provision of support services to servicemen discharged/demobilized from military service for their reintegration into civilian life. Certain aspects of the functioning of institutions that carry out relevant patronage activities in Ukraine are investigated. Examples of the organization and implementation of programs for adaptation to civilian life of demobilized servicemen in Croatia and Israel are given. The author emphasizes the effectiveness of interaction between the State and veteran non-governmental organizations in providing support to servicemen after service completion.

Abstract. The informational reference analyzes the provisions of the draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and other legislative acts of Ukraine regarding the deprivation of state awards for popularizing or propagandizing the aggressor state or committing other illegal actions against Ukraine» (Reg. No. 11410, dated 16.07.2024).
In particular, the compliance of draft laws with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the norms of current criminal and criminal procedural legislation, other laws of Ukraine regarding responsibility for actions that popularize or promote the aggressor state and its authorities, their representatives, other actions to create a positive image of the aggressor state, justification and recognition of the legitimate occupation of the territory of Ukraine.
Based on the results of the research, risks are identified that may in the future hinder the proper implementation of the draft law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the stated goal aimed at improving the legislation in the above-mentioned area.
