Abstract. The informational reference examines the grounds for criminal liability of officials of law enforcement bodies, pre-trial investigation bodies, the prosecutor’s office, and the court for damage caused to citizens of Ukraine in the context of the Draft Law of Ukraine No. 14350 dated 30 December 2025.

The draft law is assessed as complying with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of lawmaking, and the provisions of current criminal and civil legislation.

Abstract. The parliamentary study is devoted to the analysis of the use of non-tax incentives as instruments of state support for entrepreneurship in the modern economy. It examines the essence and classification of non-tax incentives, their place in the system of state regulation of economic activity, as well as the advantages and limitations of using such instruments compared to tax breaks. Particular attention is paid to foreign experience, in particular the practices of European Union member states, in the context of compliance with competition rules and state aid.

Abstract. The informational reference examines issues related to determining the legal grounds for establishing administrative and criminal liability for violations of labour legislation associated with forcing an employee to resign, or unlawful dismissal, or the application of other unlawful actions against employees. In particular, it concerns cases where such actions are taken in response to employees providing information to competent state authorities, managers, or employees responsible for conducting financial monitoring of a primary financial monitoring entity or other relevant financial monitoring entities regarding violations of legislation in the field of preventing and countering the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime, terrorist financing, and the financing of the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. The analysis is conducted in the context of the proposals set out in the Draft Law of Ukraine No. 14328 dated 23 December 2025.

Abstract. The analytical note presents the results of a study of the legal regulation of non-performing loans in the European Union and analyses the mechanisms for the enforcement of court decisions and debt collection in European Union Member States. The European Payment Order procedure is also examined. The issue of implementing European Union legislation aimed at reducing non-performing loans into Ukrainian legislation is clarified.
