Abstract. The informational reference examines the introduction of Ukraine’s national defence model based on the principle of total reserve in the context of the Draft Law No. 15243 dated 13 May 2026.
The study analyses the compliance of the Draft Law with the fundamental principles of legislative drafting, legal theory, the legislative process, and the current legislation governing the field of defence.

Abstract. The information reference examines the legal justification for the possibility of expanding the scope of rights of servicemen from among persons released on parole from serving a sentence for the purpose of contract military service. The study was conducted in the context of the proposals provided for in the Draft Law of Ukraine No. 15225 dated 11 May 2026.
The compliance of the Draft Law with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine and the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the established rules of legislative drafting, provisions of current legislation that determine the basic principles of state policy in the field of social protection of military personnel and members of their families, as well as military service in Ukraine.
The results of the study revealed risks that may further complicate the proper implementation of the law during law enforcement activities, the achievement of the objective declared therein of improving the legal regulation of the procedure for military service under a contract by persons paroled from serving a sentence, equalizing their legal status with other categories of military personnel.

Abstract. The analytical note presents results of the analysis of the principles of common and state policy and legislation of the European Union, its individual member states and other countries of the world on the safety of children in the online space. Abstract. The parliamentary study examines certain aspects of the criminal law protection of children against violence, in particular the normative legal regulation of limitation periods for criminal liability, the rules for sentencing in cases involving a combination of criminal offenses, the criteria for defining the concept of «grave consequences» of rape, and the grounds for criminal liability of officials for inaction in cases of detected violence against children.
The state of criminal law protection of the life and sexual inviolability of children in Ukraine is analyzed, and prospects for legislative activity in the field of combating violence against children are outlined.
