Abstract. Analytical note provides a comprehensive study of approaches to resolving conflicts of interest in the activities of Members pf Parliament – members of parliamentary committees, and the possibility of their participation in discussions and decision-making in the event of a conflict of interest in the European Parliament, as well as in the parliaments of Ireland, Germany, France, and Lithuania. It examines the state of implementation of the relevant GRECO recommendations in Ukraine and in the parliamentary practice of individual EU Member States.

Abstract. This informational reference presents the results of the analysis of the draft Law of Ukraine “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding the Improvement of the Pension Provision System for Persons Discharged from Military Service and Certain Other Persons” (No. 15078 dated 13 March 2026). It focuses on issues related to the proper regulation of the transition to other types of pension provision and on ensuring a fair approach to the granting of disability pensions to military personnel, regardless of the type of military service performed.

Abstract. The analytical note examines comparative law regarding the conduct of public consultations by Members of European parliaments. The practices of conducting such consultations in Scotland, France and Poland are examined in detail, as well as the recommendations of the Inter-Parliamentary Union on the use of digital tools, ensuring representativeness, equal access and assessing the impact of consultations. The technical and procedural requirements for organising public consultations are outlined.

Abstract. This analytical note presents the results of an analysis of the regulation of the foundations and principles of memory policy in the legislation of foreign states. It identifies conceptual approaches to the implementation of memory policy, the main commemorative measures and forms of memorialisation related to fighters for national independence and war veterans. Particular attention is given to international practices concerning the creation, preservation and maintenance of Books of Remembrance within national parliaments.
