Abstract. This analytical note presents the results of an analysis of legislative regulation of accessibility of audiovisual media services for persons with visual and hearing disabilities.
It focuses on the regulation of subtitling and audio description quotas in the United Kingdom and the United States of America, approaches to financing content accessibility, and the phased implementation of accessibility requirements for different types of media services in European Union member states (Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Italy, Germany, France, Croatia) and the United Kingdom.

Abstract. The analytical note contains proposals for Section I, ‘List of issues requiring legislative regulation aimed at adapting Ukrainian legislation to the provisions of European Union law (EU acquis) in terms of Ukraine's international legal obligations in the field of European integration,’ of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine's Draft Legislation Work Plan for 2026. The proposals have been formulated taking into account the provisions of the European Commission's ‘Ukraine 2025’ Report, the Plan for Ukraine Facility, roadmaps and other strategic documents.

Abstract. The analytical note describes the main types and features of marketing services in the pharmaceutical sector and analyses the system of regulatory requirements for the registration (authorisation) of pharmaceutical products and the provision of services for their promotion, as defined in the secondary legislation of the European Union (in particular, in the Community Code relating to medicinal products for human use). The legislation of France, Denmark, Portugal, the Netherlands and Poland has been reviewed with regard to the regulation of pharmaceutical marketing activities in the internal market of the European Union, and the features of legislative regulation of restrictions on financial relations through the introduction of transparency mechanisms and ethical standards have been analysed.

Abstract. The analytical note presents the results of an analysis of the principles of the European Union framework policy on guarantees of access to quality services for children, in particular those at risk of poverty and social exclusion. Attention is paid to the legislative regulation of early intervention services in individual European countries. The regulatory acts of Portugal and Poland on the formation of early development and early intervention systems are analyzed. The conceptual aspects, criteria and principles of providing early intervention services are highlighted.

Abstract. The informational reference analyzes the feasibility of supplementing the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses with a new Article 82-9, which establishes administrative liability for violation of waste management requirements during the operation of floating houses, in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 14190, dated 05.11.2025). The compliance of the proposed changes with the current administrative and tort legislation, the environmental legislation of Ukraine, special legislation on waste management and water resources protection, as well as the rules of normative design techniques, is considered, and the risks of the draft law are identified.
