Abstract. Abstract. The information note presents the results of the analysis of the proposals provided for by the draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine «On Compulsory State Social Insurance against Unemployment» regarding ensuring the right of an insured person to receive unemployment benefits in the appropriate amount in the event of failure to enter data on his or her insurance experience by the authorized body» (reg.№ 14065 dated 09/22/2025).

Abstract. The parliamentary study highlights the state of legal regulation of relations arising in connection with the circulation of virtual assets in Ukraine and its partner states. It presents the current approaches of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) to preventing the misuse of virtual assets. It reveals the provisions of the main European Union legal acts that establish rules for the virtual asset market.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the legal grounds for improving the organization of official activities of the National Police of Ukraine, in particular, conducting a competition for the appointment of police officers to managerial positions and attestation of police officers. These issues are examined in the context of the proposals provided for in the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13716, dated 29.08.2025).
The draft law is considered to comply with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, European Union documents, the provisions of relevant public policy program documents and legislative acts that determine the grounds and main tasks of the activities of law enforcement agencies, including the National Police of Ukraine.
The results of the research revealed risks that may further impede the proper implementation of the law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein, in particular the legislative implementation of an effective system for preventing corruption in the activities of the National Police of Ukraine by improving the procedure for serving in it, taking into account the principles of the state anti-corruption policy.

Abstract. The analytical note examines the conceptual and organizational and legal principles of law enforcement agencies in the field of ensuring the economic security of the state, which are defined by relevant acts of European Union law, public policy program documents, and the legislation of Ukraine.
The national legislation and law enforcement practice of Lithuania, the Netherlands, Austria, the Czech Republic, France, Italy, and Poland regarding the activities of competent authorities, their legal status, tasks, and functional powers, the criteria for delimiting the competence of these authorities provided for by law, as well as the procedure and forms of their interaction and coordination in the specified area, were analyzed.
Based on the results of the analysis, conclusions and proposals were provided regarding the use of the experience of the European Union states for the legal regulation of counterintelligence activities in the sphere of economic security of Ukraine.

Abstract. The parliamentary study focuses on business development prospects in Ukraine in the context of European integration until 2035. Using foresight methodology (horizon scanning, STEEPEDD analysis, expert interviews and scenario modelling), key internal and external factors shaping the business environment were analysed. The study examines social, technological, economic, political, environmental, ethical, demographic and security trends. Four business development scenarios have been constructed, taking into account both positive growth trajectories and the risks of stagnation or external influence. Particular attention is paid to the impact of Ukraine's integration into the European Union, structural reforms and the role of international financial support on the transformation of Ukrainian business. The conclusions propose practical steps, the implementation of which will contribute to the sustainable development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine.
