Abstract. The informational reference is devoted to the analysis of the legislation on the procedure for hiring, working conditions and social protection of domestic workers in European countries. Attention is paid to the purpose and peculiarities of legal regulation of domestic workers employment in the EU Member States. The problems of realization of the rights of domestic workers in the field of social protection are noted.

Abstract. The Guide to legislation is a roadmap, a reference point in the system of legislative acts, aimed at consistent professional analysis of legislation.
The Legislative Guide to Law Enforcement in Ukraine (in the context of the European Commission's recommendations) provides an overview of legislative activities to implement the recommendations contained in the European Commission's Reports on Ukraine in 2023 and 2024 within the framework of the European Union Enlargement Package, which relate to the following areas (blocks): constitutional justice and the functioning of the judiciary; law enforcement agencies; anti-corruption and anti-money laundering; security and defence. Legislative acts and legislative ideas in this area are analysed.

Abstract. The informational reference addresses the issue of clarifying the content of circumstances that exclude criminal unlawfulness of an act committed in connection with the performance of duty to protect the Motherland, independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine, in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 13146 dated 01.04.2025).
The draft law’s compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of lawmaking, and the provisions of current legislation on criminal liability were analyzed.

Abstract. The analytical note presents an analysis of the experience of the States Parties to the Agreement on the International Carriage of Perishable Foodstuffs and on the Equipment to be Used for such Carriage, done on 1 September 1970 in Geneva, regarding the legal regulation of the implementation of the Agreement, sources of national legislation in the part of determining the competence of national authorities regarding its fulfilment, in particular in the context of regulatory and legal regulation of issues within their competence, such as: issuance of certificates of conformity of vehicles in accordance with the Agreement; conducting tests/inspections (measurements and control) of the isothermal properties of vehicles; state supervision (control) over compliance with the requirements of the Agreement, etc.
