Abstract. The Informational reference addresses the issue of increasing liability for the forgery, sale or use of forged documents relating to the presence of a disability, in the context of the draft law (No. 12171 of 31.10. 2024).
The draft law is analyzed for compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the provisions of the current legislation on criminal liability, and the laws of Ukraine regulating public relations in the field of disability recognition.

Abstract. The Informational reference analyzes problematic issues regarding determining the moment of detection of an administrative offense, as well as the place of commission of the offense of untimely submission of a declaration by a person authorized to perform state or local government functions without good reason, in the context of the draft law No. 12203 of 13.11.2024).
In particular, the draft law is considered to comply with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the norms of current legislation on bringing to administrative responsibility and proceedings in cases of administrative offenses, the laws of Ukraine in the field of corruption prevention, and relevant judicial practice.
The results of the research revealed risks that may further impede the proper implementation of the law during law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal declared therein, aimed at improving the provisions of the law regarding the moment of detection of an administrative offense and the grounds for bringing to administrative responsibility for the untimely submission of a declaration by a person authorized to perform state or local government functions without good reason.

Abstract. The Guide is created with the aim of prompt and convenient informing about the measures of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, which are determined by the laws. In particular, such measures include start of regular sessions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, considering of reports, statements, information and other materials by the Parliament at its plenary sessions, which submitted to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by public authorities and making appropriate decisions of them. Abstract. The scientific concept contains the definition of strategic directions for the development of national legislation to ensure environmentally sound waste management and the transition to a circular economy, taking into account EU standards and international experience.
The concept envisages the integration of resource efficiency principles, promotion of separate waste collection and recycling, restriction of the use of single-use plastic products, introduction of a system of extended producer responsibility, and introduction of financial support mechanisms for sustainable waste management. The need to engage the public and raise environmental awareness is emphasised. The concept is aimed at creating effective legal mechanisms for achieving the goals of environmental safety and European integration of Ukraine.

Abstract. The Information Reference provides a general overview of the reform priorities regarding the functioning of democratic institutions in Ukraine, which were identified in accordance with the assessment of Ukraine's progress on its way to the European Union (hereinafter - the EU) and within the framework of the EU's 2024 Enlargement Package. Under martial law, Ukraine has formed its own model of ‘martial law democracy’, which is based on achieving a balance between the functioning of democratic institutions and ensuring national security. The implementation of fundamental reforms is a political decision-making process for building democracy in Ukraine in the projection of EU enlargement.
