Abstract. The policy paper presents the results of the analysis of the legislative regulation of the provision of cultural services to the population. Attention is focused on the peculiarities of such regulation of the provision of relevant services in Latvia, the Czech Republic, Finland, Sweden, Poland and the United States.

Abstract. The parliamentary research examines the problems of regulating the use of information technologies, in particular artificial intelligence, in judicial systems and justice in European law, as well as the legal possibilities of implementing such experience. The focus is on the scientific achievements of domestic and foreign scientists in this area.
Given the need to integrate advanced European achievements into the Ukrainian justice system, which will contribute to the modernization of the national legal system and ensure its effectiveness in the context of global digital transformation, the analytical intelligence conducted is relevant for lawmaking activities.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the activities of the European Parliament's Subcommittee on Security and Defense (SEDE) and the issue of creating a corresponding standing committee on its basis. The results of SEDE's work over five years are summarized, and changes in the topics of legislative and non-legislative documents of the Subcommittee on Security and Defense, caused by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, are reflected. The issues covered in the study represent the direction of common European defense, its implementation in the White Paper, which is relevant for Ukraine in view of the European integration track of the parliament, inter-parliamentary cooperation of committees in the field of security and defense and the development of analytical documents of public policy.

The Analytical Note presents the results of a study of EU legislation and foreign experience on regulating the circulation of energy drinks, imposing restrictions on their sale and consumption in order to find ways to reduce the negative impact of such drinks on the health of the people of Ukraine.

Abstract. The analytical note examines the features of legal regulation in the field of identification of deceased, injured and missing persons based on their dental status, using dental and other biometric data. Issues are analyzed regarding the grounds and procedure for applying various methods of dental research for the purpose of such identification. First of all, dental records, forensic dental and molecular genetic examination, as well as the use of special computerized systems, in particular SARMI, WinID and DVA (Dental Visual Algoriyhm). General provisions on the legislative support for the use of forensic odontology to establish the identity of the victim are considered, including in connection with the investigation of serious crimes, combating organized crime, searching for missing persons, etc.

Abstract. The Information Note considers the issue of clarifying the grounds for criminal liability for illegal enrichment of persons who are equated with persons authorized to perform state or local government functions in the context of the draft Law of Ukraine (No. 12366, dated 30.12.2024).
The draft law’s compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the provisions of the current legislation on criminal liability, and the laws of Ukraine regulating public relations in the field of corruption prevention were analyzed.
