Abstract. The informational reference examines the grounds for strengthening administrative liability for violations of the right to information and the right to appeal based on national, racial or religious enmity and hatred, anti-Semitism in the context of the draft law (No. 13001, dated 05.02.2025) (hereinafter - the draft law).
The draft law’s compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the provisions of the current legislation on administrative responsibility, and the laws of Ukraine regulating public relations in the field of preventing and countering anti-Semitism were analyzed.

Abstract. The analytical note presents a comparative analysis and generalisation of the legal regulation of the implementation and functioning of the starosta institute in the EU MS and Ukraine. In particular, the experience of such EU member states as Poland, Slovakia, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Romania, Czech Republic, Spain, Croatia, Hungary, Germany, Bulgaria, Greece and Ireland is considered.

Abstract. The information reference describes aspects of the functioning and development of the Customs Union of the European Union, which is the main component of the Union's internal market. The main legal acts regulating the EU customs policy, as well as the issues of implementation of the European customs legislation in Ukraine in the context of European integration are analysed. In particular, the article focuses on the stages of adaptation of customs procedures and development of relevant IT systems for approximation to EU standards.

Abstract. The Informational Reference presents the results of the analysis of certain aspects of the legislative regulation of social services provision. Attention is paid to the draft law ‘On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Social Services” on Improving the Procedure for Provision of Social Services’ (Reg. No. 12124 of 30.12.2024) in terms of improving the provisions on case management, regulating the activities of interdisciplinary teams, and concluding contracts for the provision of social services in electronic form.

Abstract. The analytical note examines the issue of legal regulation and the specifics of the application of the concept of "combat immunity" in some countries: the USA, Canada, Great Britain, France, Croatia. Separate acts of national legislation and court decisions devoted to this topic are analysed. The need for legislative improvement of the mechanism of legal protection of military personnel, ensuring a fair balance between criminal, civil liability and combat immunity in the conditions of the legal regime of martial law is identified.

Abstract. The parliamentary study presents the results of the analysis of Ukrainian legislation, EU legislation and foreign experience on the application of the programme-based approach to radioactive waste management. A comparative study of the Law of Ukraine ‘On the National Targeted Environmental Programme for Radioactive Waste Management’ of 17.09.2008 No. 516-VI and the draft Law of Ukraine ‘On the National Targeted Environmental Programme for Radioactive Waste Management’ (Reg. No. 12356 of 23.12.2024) are presented. The study analyses the Draft Law No. 12356 in terms of compliance with the requirements for the development of state target programmes. European standards in the context of Ukraine's European integration commitments to develop national radioactive waste management programmes, as well as the relevant experience of such EU Member States as Germany, Austria and France are presented.

Abstract. The informational reference examines the grounds for introducing administrative liability of state cadastral registrars, as well as other public registrars, for violating the legislation on the State Land Cadaster in the context of the draft law (No. 12454, dated 28.01.2025).
The draft law’s compliance with the requirements of the Constitution of Ukraine, the fundamental principles of law-making activity, the provisions of the current legislation on administrative liability, and the laws of Ukraine regulating public relations in the field of registration of information about lands located within the state border of Ukraine were analyzed.

The analytical note presents the results of a comparative analysis of the provisions of Directive 2014/60/EU and the Law of Ukraine ‘On the Export, Import and Return of Cultural Property’ of 21.09.1999 No. 1068-XIV in the context of the need to approximate Ukrainian legislation to the EU acquis, and provides general proposals for the implementation of the provisions of the said EU acquis into national legislation.
