Abstract. In Ukraine, the issue of political party funding has undergone significant changes since independence, reflecting the evolution of legislation in the context of ensuring transparency of state institutions and democratic standards. With the adoption of a number of laws and legislative amendments, including the Law of Ukraine ‘On Political Parties in Ukraine’, a system of public and private funding was created, including both self-financing of parties and direct state subsidies.

Abstract. The parliamentary research analyzed the organizational and legal foundations of the legislative support for the functioning of criminal intelligence. The best practices of European and world experience in this area were considered, in particular, Europol, Great Britain, Australia, Austria, Spain, as well as legislative initiatives of Lithuania, Sweden, Finland. Further directions of improving the legislative support for criminal intelligence in the context of the systemic reform of law enforcement agencies in Ukraine were identified.

Abstract. The Informational Reference provides a general description of the EU acquis on non-discrimination, equal opportunities in employment, social protection and working conditions. The list of EU legal acts that are basic for these areas is provided. The author focuses on the provisions of the European Pillar (Fundamentals) of Social Rights policy document. The main advantages of the common legal framework for social policy, as well as challenges and current trends in their development are identified. The author analyses the state of implementation of the EU acquis in the social sphere in the national legislation.

Abstract. The informational reference analyzes the restoration of the functioning of military courts in the context of changes to criminal procedural and administrative tort legislation regarding the introduction of subject matter jurisdiction of military courts of garrisons. The possibility of ensuring in the proposed way an increase in the efficiency of the administration of justice in cases of military offenses, strengthening military discipline and law and order, and the implementation of international standards in this area is considered. Some risks are indicated that may hinder the proper implementation of the purpose of the draft law during law enforcement activities.
