Abstract. The Informational Reference represents the analysis results of the proposals envisaged by the draft law “On Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine on Certain Issues of Pension Provision for Prosecutors” (Reg. No. 12149 of 24.10.2024) regarding the procedure for granting disability pensions to prosecutors and improving the legislative regulation of withholding overpaid pension amounts due to abuse by a pensioner and/or a person authorized to make decisions on establishing disability or illegal issuance of disability documents.

Abstract. This Analytical note presents the results of the analysis of UN, Council of Europe and EU legislation on the implementation of minimum legal standards for the protection of children's rights, in particular, the protection of the child's right to an opinion and the right to participate in decision-making that affects him or her. The study analysed the legislation of Ukraine, France, Lithuania, the Czech Republic, Norway, and Ireland.

Abstract. The analytical note examines the legal regulation of motor transport services for parliaments in European countries. The following issues are studied: models of motor transport services for parliaments of European countries; organizational and legal form of such activities and legal regime of their material support; procedure for providing motor transport services for parliaments; who can apply for motor transport services; restrictions on the use of motor transport; number of cars in the fleets of European parliaments; maintenance of such cars; possibility of providing motor transport services to parliaments of European countries; and the possibility of providing motor transport services to parliaments of European countries.

Abstract. In the Informational reference the issues of lability for violation of requirements for atmospheric air protection, strengthening of environmental protection and ecological rights of citizens are considered in the context of the draft law No. 12145, dated October 22, 2024 (hereinafter - the draft law). Abstract. The Informational Reference analyzes the main models of disability (medical, social, biopsychosocial). The author notes the similarity of the criteria for working capacity in the legislation of the European Union member states and the difference in the assessment methods and the procedure for establishing disability. The author analyzes the principles of legislative regulation of the procedure for establishing disability (lost functionality level) in Latvia. The author emphasizes the peculiarities of regulating the activities of institutions establishing disability (lost functionality level) of persons in this country.

Abstract. The Informational Reference is dedicated to the analysis of the legislation norms on the population employment in terms of ensuring the right to a voucher for vocational training, retraining and advanced training, as well as the right to assistance for the vocational training period. The author considers proposals for improving the legislative regulation of the conditions for the right to study under a voucher, payment of tuition fees, and recognition of the training results of registered unemployed persons obtained through non-formal or informal education.
