Abstract. The research examines the proposals of subjects of legislative initiative on amendments to the current legislation in the field of banking, the provision of financial and payment services, as to their compliance with international legal standards in this area, as well as the provisions of the current legislation of Ukraine in the field of verification of economic activities of persons engaged in it without a license or the right to such activities.
The experience of foreign countries, in particular, the Czech Republic, France, Germany, Poland, Lithuania, and Slovakia, regarding the legal basis and procedure for conducting bank inspections, the powers of officials, the grounds for applying coercive measures and measures to influence violators of the legislation on the provision of financial services is summarized.
Certain risks of the analyzed proposals for amendments to the current legislation are highlighted, the presence of which will prevent the proper implementation of legal norms during law enforcement activities.

Abstract. The Review dossier is devoted to the study of the legislative regulation of social support measures for family members of fallen (deceased) Defenders of Ukraine. Attention is paid to the issues of updating the legislation in terms of financial support of social services for this category of persons. The author also analyzes the US experience of social support measures for family members of fallen (deceased) combatants.

Abstract. The Information note presents the results of a study of the principles of activity of the state authorities of Israel, Armenia, India and Pakistan in terms of their interaction with the diaspora. Attention is focused on the principles of the policy of encouraging the voluntary repatriation of migrants and/or members of the diaspora to their countries of origin. The structure of the authorities that ensure the interaction of the state with the diaspora and their powers are indicated. Examples of successful practices of such activities are given.

Abstract. The Analytical note presents the results of a study of the legal provisions regulating the therapeutic use of ketamine for the treatment of post-traumatic stress disorders. Attention is focused on the ongoing debate about the risks of ketamine use in psychotherapy. The results of scientific research are presented, in particular, on the bioavailability of ketamine in the treatment of mental illness.

Abstract. The analytical note presents the analysis results of the legislation of Bulgaria, Poland, France, Latvia, Lithuania and Germany on the regulation of the principles of interaction between the state and the church. Attention is focused on the following main aspects of legal mediation of church-state relations: independence of the church, its separation from the state; the procedure for registration of religious associations; legislative consolidation of the church right to certain types of activity in the socio-cultural sphere; provision of state financial support to the church.

Abstract. The Information note presents the results of the study on the essence of the provisions of the Code of Electronic Communications of the Italian Republic. The author emphasizes the significance of this legislative act in regulating public relations arising in connection with the use of electronic communication networks, provision of electronic communication services, related facilities and services, as well as the activities of national regulatory authorities. The author analyzes the prerequisites for the Code adoption, its main provisions, and the peculiarities of implementing the legal standards of the European Electronic Communications Code (EU Directive 2018/1972) into its provisions.

Abstract. The Information note presents the results of the analysis of the provisions of the Ukrainian legislation on humanitarian aid in terms of recognition of vehicles as humanitarian aid. Attention is focused on certain regulatory provisions on the accounting of humanitarian aid under martial law. Proposals for improving the legislative regulation of the procedure for recognizing vehicles as humanitarian aid are considered.

The Information note provides information on the state of legislative support for the field of folk art crafts in the context of analyzing the draft Law of Ukraine «On folk art crafts» (Reg.
