Abstract. The information note analyzes the provisions of the draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to Article 369-3 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine on strengthening liability for illegal influence on the results of official sports competitions» (Reg. No. 11339, dated 14.06.2024). The grounds of criminal liability for unlawful influence on the results of official sports competitions in accordance with the Constitution of Ukraine, the basic principles of law-making activity and the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine are considered. Based on the results of the analysis, risks have been identified that may further hinder the proper implementation of the draft law during law enforcement activities.

Abstract. The information note analyzes the provisions of the draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine and some other laws of Ukraine regarding the implementation of measures aimed at reducing undue pressure on business in Ukraine within the framework of criminal proceedings» (Reg. No. 11276, dated May 20, 2024); the issue of the need to reduce sanctions in a number of criminal offenses in the field of economic (trade) activity was considered in order to minimize the cases of choosing a preventive measure in the form of detention. Based on the results of the analysis, the risks of the draft law were determined.

Abstract. The information note analyzes the provisions of the draft Law of Ukraine «On amendments to the Code of Ukraine on administrative offenses regarding the introduction of judicial review of cases on administrative offenses, provided for in Articles 210, 210-1 and 211»; the issues of initiating the transfer of powers regarding the consideration of cases of administrative offenses entrusted to the TCC and SP to the jurisdiction of the court is being considered. Based on the results of the analysis, the risks of the presented draft law are studied.

Abstract. The Analytical note presents the results of a study of the European experience of legislative regulation of the organization and duration of vacations in general secondary education institutions during the academic year. The relevant national legislation of Poland, Estonia, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Finland, the Czech Republic, France, and Germany was analyzed.
The Analytical note does not provide a comparative analysis with national legislation. The request author identified the need for foreign experience.

Abstract. The Review dossier presents the results of the analysis of Ukrainian legislation, the provisions of which support the implementation of the state demographic policy. Some demographic problems and organizational and legal means of solving them are highlighted.
A comparative analysis of the state policy measures proposed in the draft Strategy of Demographic Development of Ukraine for the period up to 2040 to stimulate birth rate growth with foreign experience in legislative regulation of such measures is carried out. Attention is focused on the peculiarities of regulation of migration processes and their impact on the labor market.

Abstract. The analytical note presents the results of the analysis of the legislation of the EU member states: Bulgaria, Poland, Romania, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania on the regulation of church-state partnership. Two components are identified: the legislative consolidation of the church's right to carry out certain activities in the socio-cultural sphere and the provision of state financial support to the church. The author identifies certain common and distinctive characteristics of the relevant legislation.

Abstract. The Analytical Note presents the results of a study of the experience of certain European countries in applying reduced excise tax rates on TVEN (tobacco-containing products for electric heating) and a study of the risks of their consumption. The Note was prepared on the basis of an analysis of the experience of Austria, Bulgaria, Czech, Estonia, Italy, Lithuania, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Abstract. The analytical note examines the comparative aspect of Ukraine's fulfilment of its European integration commitments regarding the development of the EU-Ukraine transport networks in the following areas: EU acquis acts, which, in accordance with the requirements for an EU candidate, should be implemented into the system of Ukrainian legislation on the development of the EU transport network with Ukraine and its readiness for external threats; recommendations, publications, studies of EU institutions and agencies on trade flows. In particular, the author analyses the state of Ukraine's adaptation of the EU acquis in the field of transport.

Abstract. The concept analyzes the state of normative and legal regulation of the modern state anti-corruption policy of Ukraine. The legal and organizational principles of the application of preventive anti-corruption mechanisms for combating corruption offenses were studied and the concept of tools for combating corruption offenses was defined. Taking into account the generalized foreign experience of the effectiveness of anti-corruption toolkits in combating corruption, directions of improving the legal regulation of anti-corruption toolkits for combating corruption offenses in the conditions of martial law in Ukraine are outlined, which involves the systematic implementation of a set of measures in all spheres of public life.
