Abstract. The Analytical note examines the grounds of criminal liability for international crimes in the legislation of individual European states.
Methods of implementing the provisions of the Rome Statute into the criminal legislation of the states that ratified its provisions are analyzed; the list and types of socially dangerous acts classified as international crimes and the sanctions of norms on lability for international crimes.
The experience of legal regulation of responsibility for genocide, crimes against humanity, and war crimes under the laws of the Netherlands, Germany, and Sweden is summarized.

Abstract. The Informational reference analyzes the provisions of the draft Law of Ukraine «On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine «On the judiciary and the status of judges» regarding the activities of the Court Security Service» (Reg. No. 12025, dated September 9, 2024); the compliance of the draft law with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine «On the judiciary and the status of judges» and the provisions of the Budget Code of Ukraine is considered. Based on the results of the analysis, risks are identified that may in the future impede the proper implementation of the draft law enforcement activities and the achievement of the goal proclaimed in it.

Abstract. The analytical note is dedicated to the study of the provisions of the legislation of the European Union (EU) Member States on volunteer activities in terms of participation of young children in its implementation. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of legal provisions on the participation of children in volunteer programs; peculiarities of regulating the age limits of persons who may be involved in volunteer activities. The types of volunteer activities in which minor children may participate are specified.

Abstract. The research is devoted to the analysis of the existing mechanisms of legal regulation of the youth parliament. The foreign experience regarding the legal status of the youth parliament under the national legislature, its structure, tasks, sources of financing its activities is summarized. The legal consequences of the decisions taken by the youth parliament, as well as the forms of its involvement in the development of draft laws by the national parliament, are analysed.
