Abstract. This paper provides a comparative analysis and summary of the legislation of the EU Member States on the specifics of the establishment and operation of advisory and coordination bodies/institutions in the field of packaging waste management. In addition, there is a review of the definition of requirements for legal entities that ensure the coordination of the functioning of extended producer responsibility organisations, or requirements for the composition of advisory and other bodies. The article also examines the specific issues of managing extended producer responsibility organizations.
The materials of the information reference are based on the legislation of Austria, Germany, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, France, and Germany.

Abstract. The article presents the analysis results of the essence and content of the European Electronic Communications Code (EECC) as a unified EU legal act in the field of regulation of public relations arising from the use of electronic communication networks, provision of electronic communication services, related facilities and related services, as well as certain aspects of terminal equipment. The prerequisites for the adoption of the document, its main provisions and impact on the development of legislative support for the markets of electronic communications services in the EU Member States on the way to creating the EU Digital Single Market and the digital economy are analyzed. The content of the basic provisions of the national legislation of the EU Member States on electronic communications which derogate from the provisions of EU Directive 2018/1972, and suggests ways to implement the said EU Directive into the national legislation of Ukraine are proposed.

Abstract. To integrate the best international practices in the field of taxation of income derived from the use of digital platforms into Ukrainian legislation, the provisions of Directive 2021/514/EU of 22 March 2021 amending Directive 2011/16/EU on administrative cooperation in the field of taxation (DAC 7) and the OECD Model Reporting Rules for Platform Operators (MRDP), as well as the experience of European countries in implementing them into national legislation, are analyzed.

Abstract. The analytical note contains an analysis of the legislation of EU member states (Latvia, Estonia, France, the Netherlands, Finland, Poland, Spain, Croatia, Austria, and the Czech Republic) on the classification of lotteries as gambling, online lotteries, and lotteries using video lottery terminals. The main features and risks of using video lottery terminals, as well as the principle of state monopoly on organising and conducting lotteries in Ukraine and the world are considered. It presents the most common models of public administration in the lottery sphere. There are also identified areas for improvement of the current Law of Ukraine «On State Lotteries in Ukraine», in particular, in terms of defining the concept of «state lottery» and classifying lotteries.
