Abstract. The experience of individual Member States, that have gone through the European integration process, and identifies three models of parliaments and its role in the European integration process were analyzed. The analysis of these models, taking into account the peculiarities of the political and legal systems of individual states, is useful for developing an optimal model of organization of work and the role of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, its bodies or special bodies that may be created with the inclusion of members of parliament in the negotiation process on Ukraine's accession to the EU.

Abstract. The legislation of Ukraine on guarantees of social protection of combatants who took part in hostilities in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine in the context of providing them with the right to free privatization of land, as well as foreign experience of social protection of military personnel and veterans of the war in states on the territory of which armed conflicts took place (are taking place), or those that participated in armed conflicts (the USA, Israel, Great Britain, South Korea, Finland and Japan) were analyzed.

Abstract. The informational reference deals with the analysis of termination of international treaties, in particular in field of social security provided for by international and national legislation. The content of the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on labour activity and social security of citizens of Ukraine and the Republic of Belarus, who work outside their countries, regarding guarantees of rights in the field of labour is characterized. The specifics of blanket provision of the Agreement on pension provision of citizens are indicated. Emphasis is placed on consequences of the international agreement termination.

Abstract. The analysis results of provisions of the draft law "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on the Improvement of Certain Provisions of Legislation in Field of Electronic Communications" (Reg. № 9463 dated 06.07.2023) for compliance with EU legislation are presented. The EU regulatory acts related to the issues of: improving the activities of national regulatory bodies and suppliers in field of electronic communications and radio frequency spectrum were analyzed; development of an open, non-discriminatory and competitive infrastructure for access to the Internet and related services within the framework of the creation of a single EU digital market based on high-speed Internet and compatible programs was analyzed. Attention was paid to certain aspects of provisions’ consistency of the draft law with the norms of national legislation.
