Abstract. The informational reference deals with issues of ensuring the rights of individuals in field of social security during martial law. The normative-legal and organizational-legal guarantees of the right to social security are analyzed. Problematic aspects of activity of structural divisions of social security of the population bodies, which affect the level of ensuring the rights of individuals in field of social security, are noted. The results of provision monitoring of social services at local level are analyzed.

Abstract. The overview dossier deals with legislative regulation analysis of the status of war veterans. Attention is focused on the conceptual problems of defining the terms "war veteran", "combatant", "defender" and establishing categories of persons who belong to them. The need to improve legislation on the status of war veterans and to develop institutional foundations for the implementation of veteran policy is indicated.

Abstract. The analytical note examines the experience of individual European states regarding integration into the NATO. In this context, the main stages and procedures of Euro-Atlantic integration, the key models of cooperation (collaboration) with NATO, used by the candidate states, are considered. The common and distinctive features of the NATO accession procedures of various countries are noted.

Abstract. Within the framework of the overview dossier, an analysis of legal mechanism of acquiring citizenship by investment was carried out, and the procedures and conditions for acquiring citizenship in the manner provided for by the legislation of Turkey, Austria, and Malta were described. Particular attention is paid to the position of European Union regarding the influence of the specified method of acquiring citizenship on fundamental human rights and freedoms, and the conformity of its conceptual principles with the Constitution of Ukraine is determined.
