Abstract. The analytical note deals with legal regulation issues of archaeological heritage objects ownership and the order of circulation of movable cultural values originating from archaeological heritage objects. The experience of European states, in which legal norms have been established at the level of laws and by-laws, guaranteeing an equally high level of protection of immovable objects of archaeological heritage (preventing negative interference that can cause their damage or destruction), and protection of rights of the owners of these objects (encouraging them to contribute to the protection and popularization of archaeological heritage), was analyzed. The relevant legislation of European Union in this area is analyzed.

Abstract. The experience of individual Member States, that have gone through the European integration process, and identifies three models of parliaments and its role in the European integration process is analyzed. The analysis of these models, taking into account the peculiarities of the political and legal systems of individual states, is useful for developing an optimal model of the organization of work and the role of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, its bodies or special bodies that may be created with the inclusion of members of parliament in the negotiation process on Ukraine's accession to the EU.

Abstract. In the analytical note, a comparative analysis of foreign legislation was carried out on the forms and mechanisms of control of parliamentary committees (commissions) over the activities of the government existing in foreign countries. The experience of the following European countries is analyzed: Poland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Romania, France, Portugal, etc. In the context of foreign experience, most attention is paid to the innovations proposed by the Draft Law No. 3195 dated 10.03.2020.

It focuses on the following issues: legislative prohibitions on the sale of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, herbal products and smoking liquids via the Internet; liability for the sale of such beverages and products to minors; liability of postal service providers for delivery of alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, herbal products and smoking liquids to minors.
It provides analyses the legislation of: Austria, Germany, Poland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Also, Analytical Note has been performed on the age at which a person is considered a minor in European countries and on the possibility of selling alcoholic beverages and tobacco products via the Internet; as well as on liability for selling alcoholic beverages and tobacco products to minors.

Abstract. The legal regulation of activities related to the organization and conduct of casino gambling on the Internet (online casino) in the practice of such foreign countries as the USA, Great Britain, China (Macao), Monaco, Germany, and Singapore were analyzed. It was analyzed in which states online casinos are prohibited and licenses for this type of gambling are not issued. The provisions of legislative acts regarding the general principles of control and supervision of the activities of organizers of gambling games have been disclosed. Information is given on the technical requirements and standards for hardware and software used to run an online casino. Tax rates applicable to gambling organizers are outlined, as well as the issue of taxation of winnings.
