On April 9, 2023, the Research Service held a special short-term advanced training program "Strategic communications and parliamentary diplomacy" for employees of the Apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, MPs and their assistants.
The purpose of the educational event was to form knowledge on strategic communications and parliamentary diplomacy, skills and abilities to apply the tools and technologies of strategic communications in professional activities and the establishment of inter-parliamentary interaction.
The training under the program was conducted by Dr. Tetiana Syvak, Associate Professor in Public Administration, Head of the Research Service Training Center.
