EU legal system: principles, sources and aspects of implementation in the national legal system (Experience of Lithuania)

The Research Service, in cooperation with the University of Vilnius (Republic of Lithuania), organized and conducted a webinar on the topic "The EU legal system: principles, sources and aspects of implementation in the national legal system (Experience of Lithuania)" for employees of the Apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, MPs and their assistants.

Lesia Vaolevska, Head of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, and Jurgita Paužaitė-Kulvinskienė, Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Law of Vilnius University, addressed the participants of the educational event with introductory notes.

The webinar was conducted by Thomas Davulis, Doctor of Law, Professor, Judge of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Lithuania.
