The Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine in cooperation with the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy held a webinar “Continental and Anglo-Saxon systems of law. Hybrid system in the USA – judicial interpretation of laws of formal (statutory) law" for employees of the Apparatus of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, Ukrainian MPs and their assistants.
Webinar was conducted by: Rep. Jamin Raskin, Professor of Law Emeritus, Congressman of the US House of Representatives and Alan Blackley, Guest Professor of the Faculty of Law of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
