An online meeting of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine team with representatives of the Parliamentary Studies Division of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova was held, during which the parties exchanged information on the legal basis of the activities, organizational structure, functions and main tasks of both institutions.
Support for the activities of law-makers, methodology and assessment of the quality of analytical products, ways of communication with customers, cooperation with parliaments’ research services of partner countries, use of AI tools in the preparation of materials as well as the research services’ support for the harmonization of national legislation with the EU acquis became the key topics of the event.
The meeting participants also discussed proposals for a cooperation work plan for 2024–2025.
