On August 26, 2026, representatives of the Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine took part in the fourth Summer School on Coaching Excellence. The event is organized annually by the National Agency for Civil Service (NACS) and the Higher School of Public Administration in partnership with the United Nations Development Program in Ukraine, UN Women in Ukraine, and the RFA “Recovery for All” project (Canada).

During the panel discussion “Specifics of Training Government Employees in the Current Environment: Experience, Challenges, Solutions,” Tetyana Fedorenko, Deputy Head of the Training Center of the Research Service, presented the institution’s unique experience, demonstrating cutting-edge educational technologies for professional development in the field of Ukraine’s European integration and the adaptation of national legislation to EU law. The presented approaches sparked a considerable interest among colleagues in modern training technologies. The event participants paid particular attention to the results-oriented, innovative methods for training members of the Ukrainian Parliament, their assistant advisors, and staff of the Verkhovna Rada Secretariat.
