The Research Service of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the National School of Public Administration (Republic of Croatia) have concluded a Memorandum of Cooperation aimed at developing a sustainable partnership in the fields of professional training and capacity building for public administration staff, research, and innovation.
The Memorandum outlines the framework for cooperation, including the establishment of a joint agenda for action, the strengthening of institutional capacity in the areas of lifelong learning, research, and innovation, the implementation of joint research and educational activities, the exchange of scientific, educational, and methodological materials, as well as participation in the development and implementation of projects within international funding programmes.
