Abstract. The briefing paper provides a general description of: the principles of EU asylum law; Ukraine's obligations under the Association Agreement between Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, on the other hand; and the main results of Ukraine's progress in the areas of migration, asylum and border management.

Abstract. The informational Reference presents the results of the analysis of the proposals envisaged by the draft law ‘On Compulsory State Social Insurance’ on improving the procedure for issuing, extending and controlling the validity of sick leave certificates’ (reg. No. 13062 of 04.03.2025). Particular attention is paid to the legislative regulation of measures to control the targeted use of compulsory state social insurance funds.

Abstract. The informational Reference analyses the organisational and legal framework for social protection of war veterans. The forms and types of social protection of war veterans, as well as measures of public support and their correlation with the state social protection system are described. Abstract. The article analyses the current trends in the integration of artificial intelligence technologies in the media. Abstract. The Informational Reference provides a general description of the EU acquis on non-discrimination, equal opportunities in employment, social protection and working conditions. The list of EU legal acts that are basic for these areas is provided. The author focuses on the provisions of the European Pillar (Fundamentals) of Social Rights policy document. The main advantages of the common legal framework for social policy, as well as challenges and current trends in their development are identified. The author analyses the state of implementation of the EU acquis in the social sphere in the national legislation.

Abstract. The paper provides a general description of the EU acquis section on freedom of movement of workers, one of the fundamental freedoms of the European Union's single market. The list of EU legal acts that are basic for this area is provided. The main advantages of implementation, as well as challenges and current trends in the development of legal regulation are identified. There is an analysis of the state of implementation of EU law in this area in national legislation.

Abstract. The information note presents the results of the analysis of the legislative regulation of the mechanisms for stimulating the creation, distribution and multiplication of national cultural products in Japan, which include works of literature, science, art and music. The author identifies the tools for combining public and private interests to promote the dissemination of national cultural products (works); support for artists and organisations related to the cultural sphere; and support for measures to promote and disseminate national works outside the State.

Abstract. The Informational Reference presents the results of the analysis of certain aspects of the legislative regulation of social services provision. Attention is paid to the draft law ‘On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Social Services” on Improving the Procedure for Provision of Social Services’ (Reg. No. 12124 of 30.12.2024) in terms of improving the provisions on case management, regulating the activities of interdisciplinary teams, and concluding contracts for the provision of social services in electronic form.
