Abstract. The briefing paper presents the results of the analysis of the organisational and legal forms of media education as a component of media literacy development in Ukraine and selected EU member states: Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Sweden, and Finland. Attention is paid to the legislation conceptual problems in terms of updating the system of social protection of war veterans. Abstract. The Informational Reference is devoted to the study of the process of introducing information technologies and digital tools in the implementation of veterans' policy measures. The results of the use of digital innovations in the activities of the Ministry of Veterans’ Affairs of Ukraine, in particular, the creation of information resources, automation of service delivery processes for war veterans and their families, are described.
