Abstract. The Informational Reference is devoted to the study of the process of introducing information technologies and digital tools in the implementation of veterans' policy measures. The results of the use of digital innovations in the activities of the Ministry of Veterans’ Affairs of Ukraine, in particular, the creation of information resources, automation of service delivery processes for war veterans and their families, are described. Attention is paid to the legal regulation of the procedure for the formation and use of information databases and information security.

Abstract. The Informational reference presents the results of the analysis of the proposals envisaged by the draft law ‘On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Collection and Accounting of the Single Contribution for Compulsory State Social Insurance” regarding the specifics of payment of the single contribution and military fee’ (Reg. No. 13075 of 11.03.2025). Particular attention is paid to the problem of observing the principles of solidarity and justice in reforming the system of compulsory state social insurance.

Abstract. This briefing paper highlights the key aspects of the European sports model, which provides for the autonomy of organisations, a pyramidal management structure and the functioning of a single federation for each sport.
