Abstract. The Information note presents the results of the analysis of the provisions of the Ukrainian legislation on social protection of persons with disabilities in terms of ensuring the right to work. Attention is focused on certain regulatory provisions on the procedure for calculating the number of jobs for employment of persons with disabilities by the employer in accordance with the standard. Proposals for improving the legislative regulation of bringing business entities to liability for violation of the requirements of the law regarding the implementation of the standard of jobs are considered.

Abstract. The Information note presents the results of a study of the principles of activity of the state authorities of Israel, Armenia, India and Pakistan in terms of their interaction with the diaspora. Attention is focused on the principles of the policy of encouraging the voluntary repatriation of migrants and/or members of the diaspora to their countries of origin. The structure of the authorities that ensure the interaction of the state with the diaspora and their powers are indicated. Examples of successful practices of such activities are given.

Abstract. The Information note presents the results of the analysis of the provisions of the Ukrainian legislation on humanitarian aid in terms of recognition of vehicles as humanitarian aid. Attention is focused on certain regulatory provisions on the accounting of humanitarian aid under martial law. Proposals for improving the legislative regulation of the procedure for recognizing vehicles as humanitarian aid are considered.

Abstract. The Information note provides information on the state of legislative support for the field of folk art crafts in the context of analyzing the draft Law of Ukraine «On folk art crafts» (Reg.
