Abstract. The paper provides a general description of the EU acquis section on freedom of movement of workers, one of the fundamental freedoms of the European Union's single market. The list of EU legal acts that are basic for this area is provided. The main advantages of implementation, as well as challenges and current trends in the development of legal regulation are identified. There is an analysis of the state of implementation of EU law in this area in national legislation.

Abstract. The information note presents the results of the analysis of the legislative regulation of the mechanisms for stimulating the creation, distribution and multiplication of national cultural products in Japan, which include works of literature, science, art and music. The author identifies the tools for combining public and private interests to promote the dissemination of national cultural products (works); support for artists and organisations related to the cultural sphere; and support for measures to promote and disseminate national works outside the State.

Abstract. The Informational Reference presents the results of the analysis of certain aspects of the legislative regulation of social services provision. Attention is paid to the draft law ‘On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Social Services” on Improving the Procedure for Provision of Social Services’ (Reg. Abstract. The Informational Reference presents the results of the analysis of the legal aspects of applying points to calculate the amount of pensions granted within the PAYG pension system. Particular attention is paid to the government draft law ‘On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Compulsory State Pension Insurance” and some other laws of Ukraine on improving the mechanism of pension calculation and accounting of pension rights’. A comparative study of the benefits and risks of introducing a point-based pension system was carried out on the example of reforming the pay-as-you-go (PAYG) pension system in France and Germany.
